as u already said there are two options. So try 1 and if it doesn't work, then try 2. I don't have to choose for u. Moreso 2 isn't a guarantee u just need to b focused and do ur best and u would see the result.

my relative working in Uae (though everything was done for him by his oil company) and he normally goes and comes back after sometimes.

He told me he has no idea about Uae visa, but he has a friend where I will stay (b/c where he normally stays whenever he comes that the oil company won't allow me to say there) and he will ask his friend to get visa info for me.

my problem now is that his friend that will accommodate me says he has agent that will do 90 days visa for N400k when I spoke with him today.

Again I don't know if he is including his accommodation money b/c he agreed to accommodate me, though I thought it will be free b/c my brother helped him in other aspects.

Also, I saw etihad mandatory requirements that I need , UAE Resident Host
Host Valid UAE Resident Visa copy
Host Valid Emirates ID copy
Host Local Contact Number
Host Email Address

my question is can I apply without these host stuff, how sure on getting the visa since his friend believes in agent and will not give me the info and my brother don't seem to have b/c everything was done for him by his company.

I think u r going in on a scam. Cos anyone that wants to rip u off in dubai always does it tru a friend that knows a friend. Moreso the 400k he is asking for is huge. Some ppl got their visa with less than 200k, wen it comes to accommodation, u can get a shared room for abt 150-200$ per month so do ur maths well and use ur head. No brother in dubai. Everybody is a potential client/mark/source/meat to everyone in dubai grin

choose a first degree or bsc, also there is opportunity for everybody once u know what u r going for. Not all jobs even require a certificate but ur ability to communicate.

Uae introduced this form of visa,it normally come as long visit visa, it's an E-Visa...
When you get to dubai airport, other people that comes in with the old employment visa will all be collecting their main copy at the airport...but yours is E-visa , so you will not collect any thing at the airport...
Now you will be stamped in for only one month at the port of entry...when you enter dubai, make sure you finish your medicals and finger print within that one month so your Emirate card will be issued to you...
Don't be scared, it's purely Employment visa...
As I said before you are good to go...
This type of visa doesn't come regularly...
But it's all about choice bro...

Bro I am not Mr know all,but what am trying to tell u is that this particular visa in question is not an employment visa weda e or no e visa. Try getting ur facts right before conclusion. This is a pure tourist visa. Unless u r d one that processed the visa for him in the name of employment visa. Because agents in Nigeria/Uae would collect money from people in the name of employment visa den issue dem with a tourist visa and tell dem that wen dey arrive dubai. Their associates would pick dem up and present dem with different job that they would choose from and then go to kish or Oman for visa change.

? Cos I don't know wen E-visa changed to Employment visa.. more so UAE has been issuing d new E-visa since may and no much diff apart from scraping the extendable visas

Google is the best answer cos I can't remember all the courses, fees and their duration. Moreso it doesn't have a fixed price. Each training center have their fee and durations

two things are involved;
1. Maybe you have been scammed.
2. Maybe the company was ban/suspended from issuing visa for a period of time.

Thanks bro. The company I got a job is a security company but I'm in the traffic marshal department. So I think the HABC security / cc tv course will be great for me. But I need to call the company to know how much is the course and for how long it will take me cuz I have only 2 days off in a month for now.

for me personally, I don't think it's a better option cos those security firms hardly retain ppl cos they wouldn't like to change the price they pay you unless maybe it's a different firm and not a security firm. So trying to follow that path might not really be favourable. If you are a degree holder, search for course relating to ur degree to help boast it up. But if you are not, u can go ahead wit the security n cctv course. I stand corrected by anyone sha

call the company that employed u and see what they have to say Cos some just abandon one immediately they exit. Hope it's not tru a recruiter? Cos some would collect money frm you and tell u to exit den flex ur money.

I just found 2 Courses now online. One is Called NEBOSH and the other one is called HABC and the name of the company is called Green World Safety and Security Consultancy LLC is in Deira.

at least you are making progress. But don't limit your search to just safety , HABC has other courses but it depends on d kinda job u have passion for.

Though, I have already gotten my 3months visa and am preparing to join you guys over there this month in sha Allah, cos av started gone thru dis thread (both d first nd second) and it has guided me in processing my stuff. Have attested my results myself, started applying for job and my visa is ready.
So pls, help confirm that and lets know how true it is

no such extendable visa as at now, also if u have a visit visa(3months) it's not a must u have to exit for a visa change.

go to internet city wen u arrive dubai. Or search on Google for safety courses in dubai and u would have Dem. U can do other courses not just limit ur self to safety.
