N150K should get you a decent self contained in Suleja, i believe. But i will suggest you do try reaching out to more guys on ground in abuja and see if anyone can cut you a 3 month stay in a self contain for N150k, somewhere in a satellite town. It should be a good deal but like i said, our people do not usually rent houses monthly.

I use to think kogi and suleja is only an hour to abuja but not sure.i have a budget of 150k for accommodation,please let me know if there is any suggestion.

Suleja is pretty close but could be challenging commuting to and fro. Kogi is out of it. N150k or $1K is a bit too low to give you any hotel in or around abuja. That will equal like N1500 per day for your 3 months lay!
Depending on the living condition you are prepared to allow, you might be able to get a 1BR apartment in, say, Suleja for a year. We are not good with short lets, and where they exist in Abuja, they are quite expensive.
