I had to deal with these guys when i bought the land from one of the ''elders''. They insisted my agent paid them their ''cut'' for seller's agent fee. Actually, they worked hand in hand with the seller.

I heard the community and the youth (enugu equivalent of omonile) are entitled to various sums of money that had been ''unified'' into a N200,000 bill! I was advised to locate the ''authentic'' committee chairman to pay the development levy.

Can you authenticate this info for Ngwo area before camp?

Oga Spyder, what really lies between hollow and solid blocks? Is it the issue of strength? I use to think that blockwork are not meant to carry loads in a building. I also feel that hollow blocks are definitely easier to manage. There is also this talk about helping with temperature control of the house. Any word on this matter?

On cost update, a total of N905,378 was spent for the whole roofing sheets for both the main house and the gate house plus water channels ound the whole two structures. The owner does not want any water to drop around the house.

Yes, that figure is pretty close to what i paid for a huge bungalow's roofsheets 3 yrs ago. Not much have changed in terms of cost/m.

If a man wanna save money from his salary to do that kinda business, he will keep saving after he has died and buried.
Such money is what you will have to source from a bank as a loan . . . . . but make sure the math is done properly before getting into such, cos it could make one and some could be mar by it.

The coal city is really working. Just hope the governor works harder to make up for the 8yrs of gross misrule imposed on the Enugu people by the past administration. I am curiously watching Enugu and Rivers states. Those states are making great progress and they share a similar past misrule history
