I personally think that these people going around preaching PVCs are actually part of the problem. They are trying their best to lure the people into participating in a crooked and corrupt electoral process in order to find ways to legitimize the dodgy results that will emerge. If you start complaining after the elections, they will say you are complaining because you lost. Meanwhile they have all the results already written as we speak. Clearly in all these schemings the south east is losing out. How I wished the south east leaders have formed a strong power block and make a bold statement like the south west leaders are doing.
