Only Orobo laps are sold in frozen food outlets cos there's meaningful meat on it. No body would sell you laps of old layer. So size has nothing to do with it. Cos if you put 8 laps of chicken on any scale whether Orobo or old layers, it would clearly be above 1 kilo.

Laps. The lady I buy from usually gives me 4 laps for a kilo. I do tell her to cut it into 3 pieces. Making it 12 pieces in all.

Those 4 laps is what I pay 5k for.

I was dazed when I heard the news....it was hard to accept the reality but in all,I am not happy as it affects everyone.

This is not what they told us about Tinubu although I have never believed him as a person cos,he was just the opposite of what they say about him.

A kilo of chicken is 5k here in Lagos. Although I haven't bought any since this recent increase in fuel. I just pray it doesn't increase.

Even if the government increase our tax to 50%, and Nigerians decide to pay, you still wouldn't be able to point out any visible achievement cos the money would be embezzled.

Our problem isn't that we pay very little tax. Our problem is and has always been corruption.

It's good to finally read something positive about marriage. The negative feedback is really scaring some of us from going into it.

Tinubu forced ambode out of office cos the latter refused to give him the monthly amount of money he was demanding for.

Ambode had so many projects on ground and when he made it clear to Tinubu that he doesn't have any money to give to him, Tinubu removed him from office.

Till tomorrow lagosians still rate ambode as a good governor. Far better than Tinubu.

Tinubu began the process of transformation.

There was no way he was going to ''transform Lagos'' in the few years he was governor, especially if you know what Lagos was like back then.

Governance is a continuum.

By transformation, I'm talking about visible achievements not paper achievements. Any Lagosian would easily confirm this.

Besides he was the one using the "Transformation" word during his campaign. Forgetting that if we're to go by visible achievements, even Gen Marwa would be rated above him.

I belive there's some misunderstanding here. The parents think he's coming for introduction, whereas he was just planning to make a casual visit.

He shouldn't have asked his girlfriend that question. If he told her he wants to say hello to her parents, no one would have asked him to pay a dime. Or if he cultivated the habit of saying hello to them on the phone, they would have become fond of him. So his coming wouldn't look formal.

For now, tell him to abort the mission ASAP.

I was reliably informed on how he transformed Lagos and how good he was with governance but I guess a lot changed about him.

Firstly I faulted his appointees and noticed he was just appointing people based on personal relationship and not competence. Not even one Okonjo iweala or Sanusi Lamido in his government. I still wish him to do well, any government that has no good impact on the downtrodden is a bad government.

I don't subscribe to sending my kids to go and stay with relatives. Cos most of pedophiles are usually relatives entrusted with the task of providing and protecting the very kids they end up violating.

If you want the best for your kids, keep them in your house and become their best friend. Gone are the days when you send your kids to spend the holidays in their relatives houses.
