Lol... try to read up and be updated it won't cost you anything to do so. The US and Russia both have above 5k nukes. Russia has about 500 more than the US, but the US has more active nukes than Russia. This explains why the US has the highest defence budget in the world. And Russia doesn't even make top 5.

The issue of nukes came when the white House told the president to end the war at all cost. They weren't loosing.

If you're talking about China raining nukes from the sky, China has just 500 nukes while the US has above 5k. So do the maths and tell me who would experience a rainstorm of nukes

Also China cannot and would not attack the US cos they're more like trading partners. China is the US biggest market. They might have some squabbles here and there but it wouldn't escalate into an armed conflict. Cos China has so much investment in the US that it wouldn't want to see go down the drain.

Besides China has over 10m of it's citizens living in the US. So how do you expect them to attack the US? They're not Africans who don't think before the act.
