Hemanwel:You can't get any brand new car for that amount. No thanks to our naira. Cos even though innoson assembles the car here in Nigeria, some of the components are imported. |
The kind of risks girls take these days because of money is terrible. Imagine going to a hotel to sleep with a total stranger in this Tinubu's administration where there's an all round increase in ritual killings. When you try to advise them to embrace hard work by developing themselves and choosing a career path, they'll rain insults on you. The other day I was waiting for a bus round Iwaya junction we weren't even much sef. That was about 2 weeks ago. A highlander just pulled over, whine down his glass and asked the girl standing close to me where she was going so he'll drop her off. She told him bariga and he told her to get in. From that place to Bariga at most is N300. So why risk your life by following a total stranger because of such amount? Even me that's a guy sef, I would respectfully turn down a free ride from a total stranger any day anytime. Entitlement mentality and the urge to get things for free has lead so many girls to their grave. |
Nonexisting1:You're right. In a nutshell those supporting Tinubu are either doing it because of their hatred towards igbos or for the stipend they get as online supporters. No one defends Tinubu out of pure love cos there's nothing to defend. The man is a criminal who is bent on reducing the entire population of this country to pupers. |
AfonjaMozlems:I'll believe his apron has poweres when he wraps a gaboon viper or black mamba around his neck for 60 seconds and lives to share his testimony. |
I had already quoted you and written my opinion but when I hit send I noticed that the mods had taken down the thread. That's why I decided to post it here. Nonexisting1:That's the reality here. They have no responsibilities. As long as there is data on their phone, they're ok since they're not the ones providing for themselves. One derica of beans currently is N2,300, rice is 1,500, paint of garri 4k. Should I talk about basic things like bathing soap, tooth paste, toilet paper, liquid soap, detergent and all that have all tripped? Basic things a lot of people could afford last year without breaking a sweat have become luxuries today because of Tinubu's anti people policies. I don't even want to talk about rent cos I'm still angry. In Lagos today literally all landlords have increased their rents admist the nationwide suffering. My own landlord added 500k to our rent. And he made it clear that anyone who isn't ready to pay should leave. Then you have prepaid meter which the government keeps increasing tariff secretly every month. In 2020, I used to load 5k and it would carry me for the whole month. Today even if recharge 20k and try to manage it, the highest it would carry me is about 3 weeks. How about fuel, so many people have parked their cars. It's in this Tinubu's administration that I started seeing fueling station attendants holding pos machines. Those days you don't need your atm to purchase fuel cos it was cheap and affordable. 5k then would get you over 30 liters of fuel in your tank. Today 30 liters is over 30k. Just this Sunday after service right there in the church, one woman met me with her 3kids and was almost in tears telling me that there's nothing for them to eat at home. That even if I don't want to help her I should pity her kids. I wasn't with much cash on me so I made a transfer to her. People are seriously suffering out there and when you're still trying to process all that, one good for nothing teenager would just appear from nowhere spamming the whole forum with praises to the same government that's putting yokes on the backs of people. Even if they're being paid to do what they're doing, how much money is worth your future? What's the point of working for money that keeps diminishing every day, cos I can bet you that none of them can afford to live on their own. Whatever stipend they're receiving to defend this administration wouldn't be able to sustain them. So what exactly is it they're defending? |
This one in the market would each up to 20k per tuber. Cos the regular average yam is around 5k. |
Nigeria missed these crop of generals. His looks alone would send shivers down the spine of bandits and boko haram members. The kind of generals we have today can only boast of their pot belly and womanizing skills. Nothing more. Little wonder why the entire country is plagued with insecurity. |
omooba969:We're winning the EPL along with the Europa league. ![]() |
omooba969:I told you last weekend that we're back for good. From now henceforth, it's winning galore. ![]() |
tishbite42:And like a typical Nigerian, rather than present facts to prove me wrong, you resort to insults when faced with superior arguments. I'm done replying you. |
tishbite42:Last time I checked, the whole conflict between Russia and the west started the day Russian troops crossed into Ukraine territory. The west didn't invade Ukraine. Ukraine is a sovereign country so by invading them Russia broke so many international laws. That's why they had a trailer load of sanctions heaped in them. But I don't expect you to know this, cos the average Nigerian doesn't read. He's rather argue blindly and arrogantly. |
Local Economy flight is over 200k and you want people to book business class for this Tinubu regime? No be the same 1 hour flight una go still experience? Abi would those in business class arrive faster than those in economy? Country hard biko. Even if na night bus you fit afford enter jare. If kidnapper jam una for road, just tell them I'm a chosen who are you. ![]() |
Apart from sports in Russia, all these sanctions and bans from USA and the west doesn't have any impact on them. That's why I'm still feeling sorry for Russian athletes, cos they've been banned from World cup, UCL, Europa league, European nations cup, Olympics...etc. They're just dormant competiting against themselves. Even north Korea participated in the Olympics. But Russia didn't. Abeg for the sake of their athletes, they should settle their differences with the west. |
The corruption going on in NNPC is unspeakable. That's why they've been unable to get our local refineries running. They're too corrupt to get anything right. |
Over 100 able bodied jobless young men pledging their loyalty to a thug in order to survive. Welcome to Nigeria were the destinies of the youths are destroyed. |
helinues:The girl is clearly not his girlfriend but someone he's trying to impress so as to get into her pants. Guys gradually begin to reduce their wasteful attitude once the relationship becomes serious. @op Learn to always mind your business. |
At least something good came out of the flood. |
Goodlyhrt:Can you compare a stadium where you'd get to watch your team play live to a make shift bacher where you arrange benches for people to sit on? Or are your targeted customers children and teenagers? People truly spend thousands to watch their favorite team play like you pointed out, but if those are the kind of customers you're targeting, they don't come to bachers. They love comfort. And if your place isn't comfortable, you won't find them there. I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm trying to be real with you by giving you a realistic analysis of what you're to expect in the business. Because even I myself I do hangout in bars on some weekends with friends to watch my favorite team. And to be honest with you, I don't think I can squeeze myself in a viewing center sweating like a bricklayer just to watch ball. I'd rather watch it from the comfort of my home. The way you package your business determines the kind of customers you'll get. That's why you can open a saloon and charge N500 for a haircut and another saloon would charge 5k for the same hair cut. And you'd discover that you that is charging N500 even though it's cheap, you're literally struggling to keep your business afloat. Whereas the person charging 5k is living like a king. It's all about your packaging. |
Goodlyhrt:Viewing center era just like cyber Cafe era, has longed passed. These days there are so many apps where you can easily stream live matches on your phone or laptop for free. (I even have one on my phone) So you won't be getting so much customers. And when you add the current price of fuel, you'll be needing at least 7k (minus Nepa bill) every match day to keep your Gen running. Question is how much would you charge your customers? Cos anything above N200 would be considered as too expensive. And if you put your fee at N500, the place would be so scanty. Most people would wait out the first half and come in when the second half has started so that they can pay a more cheaper amount. And I don't need to tell you that this would affect your business seriously thus making it impossible for you to raise your principal after one year. (that's if the business survives up to a year) These days what people do is to set up a bar, buy DStv or GOtv and show all live matches. This way customers coming in would feel more comfortable. They can easily order for drinks, pepper soup, nkwobi... Etc whilst watching their favorite team in the comfortable bar. If you can increase your principal to 1.5-2m I'll advise you to set up a bar/viewing centre . You'll definitely make more money from it than from a stand alone viewing center. |
Can you imagine the 4th official giving just 2 additional minutes in the 2nd half. Because they don't want Brentford to equalize. The way match officials support this Mancity is so annoying |
enemyofprogress:I'd prefer Mancity dropping points than Liverpool |
50JBL:If the email you registered your OPAY account is your main device email, you'll definitely be getting email notifications. Cos OPAY do send notification emails once there's an inflow into your account. |
Imagine this useless criminal leaving his country into Nigeria to terrorize Nigerians. If we had an effective immigration, these kind of nonsense wouldn't be happening cos he wouldn't have access into the country in the first place. |
omooba969:Stay tuned. From now henceforth, it's winning galore. Liverpool and Mancity must drop points today. |
omooba969:We're back and better. This season's EPL trophy is ours. 😊 |
