This is a purely State Govt road. So ask the Governor of Delta State.

Dat road was constructed a few years ago to bypass d terrible Agbor road and d heavy duty vehicles and trucks which ply d route has contributed to d early demise of d roads. D Agbor road u talk about has been bad and abandoned for years now. I'm pretty sure U have neither gone thru dat route or know anything about it. D so called shortcuts in d village was recently built and has been d route in use due to d completely terrible state of d federal road to leads to Agbor juntion by d Express
