Dis country needs to review d cost of governance once and for all. We neva hear of governor and his cabinet being owed salaries, bonuses or benefits or d President and ministers being owed or even lawmakers been owed d same. And these are d ones who take d lion share of budget for salaries. But yet U'll always hear pensioners, civil servants, teachers and others who wen combined earn less than d security vote of d Governor or President but yet paying dem is always a problem.
