Boko Haram had been pushed to the confines of the Sambisa forest and neighbouring Niger Republic. Oga dismantled checkpoints and military structures that were cleaning out the terrorists and this allowed free movement into the hinterland and other states. Coincidence?? It was all intentional. The needed a sambisa victory so they allowed them take up other territories and tagged them bandits and rustlers. But they had always been the one and same Boko Haram
