benbuks: hmmm, okay sir, but the link I shared made reference to several investigation on the two 'geniuses', and reasons n evidence outlined are exhaustive to make me detest their fraud... |
Medics? Hell no! Proffer another excuse but those guys do not in anyway look like medics. If they were medics, those bodies would be in the cadaver lab not bush and wouldn't be dismembered like this. |
This guy is a scam... I used to be his ardent admirer, that's before I got to know who n what he represents - a fraud! Read this piece "Intellectual 419: Philip Emeagwali and Gabriel Oyibo Compared" By Farooq A. Kperogi at http://www.farooqkperogi.com/2010/11/intellectual-419-philip-emeagwali-and.html?m=1 |
Smh! Kano is home to over 9 million peeps sha. With these few boys lining the streets, I want to believe you're only up for mischief or something. Talking about what triumphant entry truly is, were you by any chance in Kano during SLS entry into Kano in the aftermath of his suspension as the CBN boss, Or when Major Almustafa was acquainted? Perhaps you'd know this Shekarau's entry is nothing but a toddler's play, sorry, hogwash! Sha, I pity Wike cos he's been used as the pawn to set up Shekarau as the messiah who was able to intervene in ASUP palaver... |
databoy247: ..am off to LinkedIn to do ma thingAre you serious? Off to LinkedIn? Okay! Good... ![]() |
Just because our Federal Universities are filled with SOME outdated, jealous, 'bad-belle', 2.2, aged lecturers doesn't mean that those graduating with 2.1 from those schools couldn't graduate with 1.1. So many times they'd purposely reduced marks for reason known to all -- 'they couldn't graduate with it, why allow anybody?' mentality! |
@ Op, you may as well bring down the price if you really meant to help unemployed guys out there. As for me, thank you, I'll pass... |
LinkedIn, like the op said, is an amazing site for job seekers especially. But asking people to pay is out of the way jooh See, to get invites simply sign up on the site, outline your credentials, objectives n anything-worth-mentioning well. Use recent photo Connect with atleast 30 users of similar fields... Then, go to bed - hopeful! ![]() |
Two things are involve: it's either the guy is a bastard (ask the mother wella) or the deceased father did something similar to his parent (Law of Karma) ...well, what do I know? RIP to the deceased! |
Here in Brunei, HND is three years. I think Nigerian Poly graduates believe that since they spend longer time before obtaining their certificates (and perhaps that their qualification is more inclined to Praxticals - not knowing this was the reason for having Polys in the first place), they should be considered at the same level. I think the problems emanated from the Gov't itself! |
Let's flow with the tide. |
s!s! afrika:Lol! I'm not for or against the argument, dear. Rather I was just highlighting some salient - call it trivial - points in response to some random opinions I saw on the thread - hence the incoherence you noticed. When people don't share same idea with you, I'm taught not to dismiss or ridicule them -- a thing you need to learn. ![]() oh, I forgot this is an anonymous forum, anything goes. Hobos n tramps have voice too. Next time, air your views without casting aspersions. 2 fingers! |
Why is this 'Dr' tittle thingy a problem? I do not see any. COMM 101 taught us how tittle for medical doctors changed through history. From Magisters (Latin name for medics) to Masters in the Arab world to other names. Medics were first called Doctors at Salerno, albeit the most unambiguous name for a medical doctor is Physician -- this stands till date! If this is so, let Pharmacists be called whatever they want to be called, the fact is; they can never, would never encroach Doctors' field. Both parties know this. Pharmacists do not even have the basic Anatomy training to do so. That said, if DVMs, MDs who have the name 'Doctors' stamped on their certificates do not 'beef' an MBBS whose certificate does not have the official tittle 'Dr', what then do we have against them - the Pharmacists - now that they want to upgrade? Everybody knows MBBS/MD would remain the boss in the medical world - forever! why then the apprehension. This argument is needless in my opinion. Sigh! ![]() |
golddeejay: mayb ur pocket is slim...all these ladies shouting slim guys forget to add "with fat pocket"Haha! Maybe. Or perhaps have been busy with books. my pocket isn't slim neither is it fat. It tends toward being fat nonetheless! ![]() |
Over here Doctors prescribe, Pharmacists scrutinize the prescriptions for drug reactions, bioavailability, contraindications n whatnot. In the event of possible adjustments, the Pharmacist writes the Doctor to suggest a better alternative since they - The pharmacists - are better aware of information on drugs. Base on the suggestion, the Doctor may adjust his prescription, or gives reasons why he wants the patient to go with his initial prescription. At the end, the patient becomes the major beneficiary of that healthy synergy! They're called Pharmacists, by the way. What am I saying? Pharmacy is a crucial field in the field of Health, not minding whether it's B. Pharm or Pharm D. The most important thing is; know your field well--that's the least effort required! |
If so, then why am I still single? ![]() |
"A guy says he is a governor. He said there is no God. He made other claims and some trivial lies. Doctors said he has mental illness and admit his into psychiatric ward. Human right organizations and social media activists want the guy's parents and the doctors to "leave him alone" because these groups love him more than his parents and doctors. Funny! Isn't it?" Dr Abdullahi Dahiru || The problem with some people is that they never get to hear the both sides of stories before giving their verdict - especially if Islam is the centre of discussion! |
Moneybag is right. But at the end of the service year, one would realize that no matter how much he must have saved, it would just be too paltry for anything especially after all the spending on renting apartment, tp's n all. Since this Country is heading virtually nowhere, I have resolved to cross Seas. My to do list before Feb 2014 is simple: Renew my Int'l Passport, pay for my Int'l academic transcript, and sit for toefl or ielts (English proficiency test). I'm left with just two out of the three. I'd advocate same to any one especially if his/her grades are good. It seems Nigeria is not realizing the rate at which brain drain is occurring in it's land. So many countries are willing to pay to gather best brain from around the globe... Sorry not sorry, but 9ja is being held hostage by some heartless blood sucking demons cutting across both religions and they're not ready to let go just yet. Take stock of the situation in the country. The sooner the better! |

THE LIFE OF A LONELY KADUNA CORPER #13A!!! PPA - Kaduna State University! '... Sorry, our institution is a non residential university, we don't have accomodation for you, instead, a stipend of 9k is given out monthly to subsidize your transport n accomodation', said the Assistant Registrar. With a frowned face, ' hoW on earth am I going to start looking for accomodation again after all I've went through', I thought.he tapped on my shoulder n said, common, you are a big boy, you should be happy you were accepted. We rejected a lot that were sent from the NYSC as he hurried away. I chuckled... 'So redeployment is hectic as this?', I asked. Heaving a sigh, I zoomed off to my LG secretariat to submit my acceptance letter.... After 3weeks of search n research, an apartment was found by some heartless agent who ripped me off 8k, as agent fee. That's the begining of my loneliness! With the recent announcement by the ASUU, I thought I could go home. Alas, I was wrong, the HOD in his humorous tone said to me; 'young corper, with this strike, I guess you know you're the acting HOD now' I remain speechless starring at him as if to assault him. 'But there is strike, what should I be doing? I thought I can go home, the school is dry... ' I fired back angrily. 'Calm down, at the end of the day, I will still be the one to sign your monthly clearance' he said... 'That's why it is called national service' he added. 'Take heart, corper' he comforted. 'Give me the heart to take' I chuckled. 'You said?' 'Nah, I didn't say anything'.... Ab initio, I was already lonely, now it has compounded. Goes to work to watch channels... Come back to my apartment... Fasting... All alone! You can see how lonely I'm to even have time to type this here... It is well! |
