@Topic: I am not APC and I never voted Ambode. However, the present situation is a combination of the off-shoot of Fashola's reckless spending, Buhari lack of policy fomulation and perhaps Ambode's mis-steps. The FG policy direction directly and indirectly influence states' decisions. This is a FACT! The financial situation that Nigeria and Lagos are into is so bad that Ambode may find it tough to borrow as Fashola has already plummerised the state. Ambode even mentioned this to LSHA, of which they set up committee to bring forward recommendation. As for Ambode, he was supposed to do all these before he was sworn in.
