ROYALD:International jurusdiction and a libel lawsuit? na wa for your University. Please, where was Davies when he made the so-called libelous pronouncements against Ihejirika? A seriously injured party may want to go where the pronouncements were made, to seek his remedy. |
WhiteTechnology:To be honest, I am disappointed that even you, do not know what service means as regards lawsuits. The reference to common wealth was specific to service. As I stated before, the Commonwealth procedures for service will not be necessary if the lawsuit is filed in Australia. Ihejirika's lawyers will simply follow local servicing procedures. SMH |
balladin:The only crime committed was by Ihejirika. You people need to stop disgrace yourselves by continuing to imply that this is a criminal case. SMH |
chukwudi44:Go and learn the difference between a criminal law and civil law. Olodo |
GANJAFARMER:Your post shows a very shallow understanding of the law. I don't have time to educate you. |
bonechamberlain:Oga, learn how to read and comprehend. The Commonwealth procedures for service will not be necessary if the lawsuit is filed in Australia. Ihejirika's lawyers will simply follow local servicing procedures. Olodo |
Ihejirika is a clown. If he is clean he should go to Australia and file his lawsuit there. I suppose that is out of the question because of fear of the Hague. |
^^^ Can't we just let the spirit of Xmas take over, even for a day? |
Move to the appropriate NL section if necessary. Thanks |
In the spirit of yelutide, these important people put differences aside to celebrate Xmas. Some of us can learn from this. Please allow 3 - 5 seconds for the video to load, its well worth it. Video Link Please Enjoy. ![]() |
Jerry gana features prominently in our graphic of Boko Haram sponsors. No one should be surprised that he made such a ridiculous statement and illegally help to raise over N21 billion for GEJ's campaign. He too will soon flee to Chad. |
fctboy:Why is he referred to as Apostle Suleiman Johnson instead of Apostle Johnson Suleiman? |
SAI BUHARI ![]() BARRISTER OSINBAJO, E KU ORIRE SIR, ADE A PE LORI YIN SIR ![]() |
erico2k2:Stay focused. You will not succeed in changing the point i.e. GEJ has Presided over the most useless, irresponsible, and thieving administrattion in Nigeria's history. His days in Aso Rock are numbered. Shi kena |
erico2k2:Oga, you raised a point about whether GEJ is a better manager than Buhari. I gave you the reason why i disagreed with you and pointed out that my disagreement has nothing to do with depreciation. Please, what part of the point I made is over your head? |
bnovative:For me, %deprerciation is irrelevant in determining who the better manager is. In my books, if as a manager, your subordinates steal by the billions of naira with impunity through NNPC, Fuel Subsidy, ordering unauthorized bullet proof vehicles...the list goes on and on....then sir, that Oga at the top cannot be a better manager. Sir, this is who GEJ is, unfortunately, regardless of depreciation. |
WhiteTechnology:Back your silly assertions up with evidence. No one believes you. The fact that US no longer buys oil from us is now your uninformed reason why the naira was devaluated. I will stop responding to you if you continue to make lazy statements without sensible points to back them up. |
datolee:Please provide supporting evidence that the CBN would not had been able to ward off the recent devaluation of the naira if we had had $50billion in reserve instead of $38. Mind you the naira has been successfully defended for many years by Sanusi and Soludo when the reserves hovered around $40 billion without devaluation. |
obayaya:What was the price in September 1982 according to your source? |
obayaya:Why are you intentionally being decptive? A drop in oil price will NOT definitely translate to a devaluation of the naira, if you have enough reserves to back up the naira. What we know is that the current devaluation of the naira by GEJ and his cohorts could have been avoinded if his thieves in NNPC and elsewhere had not stolen $10.8, $20, or $50 billion. This is a fact which you cannot sweep under the rug. |
obayaya:Oga, if you know how to use a mouse, place your mouse on the x-axis during the stated time period. I know I know, cheap shot.Check it out |
obayaya:Oga, the statement above means Mgbo will not get close to me either. Can you with a straight face, say that GEJ and his cohorts na ekwu ezi okwu? |
Obinoscopy:Just don't aallow the noze to be over extended. lol. I suspect Oga will veto any action to put the thread on the FP particularly since I threatened to buy an AD to be strategically placed on NL wich will point to the thread. you sabi say money sweet na. ![]() |
Thanks for exposing these people. They've run out of ideas and no longer able to defend GEJ so they are resorting to lies and innuendos. |
obayaya:If I weren't excited about Feb. 2015, I would have told you, "mgbo piafuka gi isi". Given my mood, I say to you, run along and sin no more.. ![]() |
obayaya:The point is, lying with statistics such as the OP atempted, has been called out. Where context is not adequately included with statistics, the lying pinocchio would not do worse that the person who presents statistics as the OP did. |
Descartes:I was referring to the days of the OP and his cohorts who are currently ruling the country. Their days are numbered as Feb. 2015 is just around the corner - they'll be booted out of Aso Rock. |
datolee:Oga, Buhari did not have $20 - $50billion which could have been used to back the naira, stolen by NNPC operatives, not counting other billions looted by many of GEJ's operatives. Nigerians know the truth and it is no longer possible for you all to keep defending such monumental theft. Insah Allah, your days and those of your party, are numbered. |
Frankenstein:I expect you to do better that this. Please express yourself in one or two cogent sentences if you can. What exactly is your disagrement and why? |
erico2k2:You forget that leadership is most important. Experts in Economics are a dime a dozen. GEJ has access to these experts but allowed theft to reign with impunity. As to the question posed by the OP, I remind lazy youths of the following: The price of crude oil, was $86.62 in September 1982, just before President Buhari took over, and dropped to $27.61 by the end of 1985!! Given the Economic conditions Buhari met, it’s a miracle that the naira depreciated only 106% I don’t have time to educate you people, but I’d suggest that you read up. |
PDP goons lying with statistics without context since 1804. I'm afraid, its too late for you and your oga at the top to deceive Nigerians. You should have presented a different presidential candidate. Nigeria is too complex and sophisticated for GEJ, he is simply not fit to rule us. WE WANT CHANGE AND WE SHALL GET CHANGE BY FEBRUARY 2015. |
Mr. Modu, as soon as President Buhari takes over, the rest of what you know about Boko Haram will be revealed unless you run away to Chad before the President's inauguration. Sir Sheriff, you show up prominently in our list of Boko Haram sponsors. Let me remind NLers of the graphics we've been maintaining. P.S. Okupe is being watched closely and if we have enough latent and clear evidence, he will be added. www.nairaland.com/attachments/1720485_cusersa949824desktopbk_jpeg959ea0746e70cb39021116b1935d6258 |
