This story is from the same source which congratulated the wrong Emir-elect of Kano in an attempt to deceive and influence the king makers into NOT selecting Sanusi. I have it on very informed authority that the VP decision has not yet been made by Buhari, but high powered negotiations are currently ongoing. Why is this unvetted story on FP ![]() |
Greatness atimes is born out of daring to do what most people deem imposible or taboo. Lets be bold and do what every person knows is best for Nigeria at this point. I'd vote Buhari/Fashola ticket to set the stage for a Fashola administration after Buhari's. I wonder if Buhari would be willing to tell Nigerians that he'll rule for 4 years to set the stage for a relatively corrupt free system to be run by a Fashola administration. If so, he'd highlight the fact that he is a man of integrity and will not renege on his promise to the Nigerian people, like the loser and failure known as GEJ. |
The 'negative' effect of the so-called Muslim-Muslim ticket will be nullified in the minds of voters on the fence, if Fashola is the VP candidate. Those who are religious bigots will vote along religion lines anyway. In my humble opinion Buhari-Fashola is the best option for us now. |
After GEJ is kicked out, the evidence willl become clear that Buhari can fix Nigeria. The OP who has great faith in Mr Will Ross' credibility failed to point out that there is ample evidence that GEJ cannot fix Nigeria and has presided over the most corrupt, clueless, and thieving government in Africa's history. I've helped the OP out with a couple of quotes from the same credible Will Ross: Will Ross CNN: Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan wants the world to believe he and his government are serious about ending corruption. But two recent events have sent out the opposite message. Will Ross CNN: As President Jonathan handed out awards to celebrate Nigeria's centenary, there was a collective leap of eyebrows when people learnt that former President Sani Abacha was on the list. Many wondered why a military dictator who had plundered the nation was being celebrated?Source |
I can authoritatively inform you all that Buhari has won in a surprising landslide victory. Thank me later for the information. |
What is wrong with you people? That was nothing short of a 'holy' kiss, the type you'll give your daughter and which does not have any sexual connotation. I suppose if Pastor Baba Iyabo preached to you about the time some lady poured oil on Jesus, kissed his feet e.t.c. you'd say Jesus himself was a womanizer. nansense! |

Akanbiedu:oga mi, that other option would tempt me into dusting off some uniforms and staging a coup myself. |
If Atiku buys his way into the APC candidacy, I'm afraid I'll have nothing to do with campaigning for him in 2015. I couldn't campaign for Tinubu himself if he were the flagbearer for APC. Both of these people have shady pasts not befitting of the President of any country. |
The buffoon Okupe is both out of shape and ideas. sharrrapppp already!!!!!!!!! |
Ngwakwe:If you and your fellow Abians vote all the named Orjis into office, then my respect for you people will go down the drain. I will reserve pronouncements on what I will call you people until 2015. |
This is great news! |
This is where one would miss the great Adedibu ![]() |
This woman is dark, lovely, and beautiful. I suppose those of you complaining would have rendered her georgeous had she been as light skinned as a half-cast with the exact same look, or if she had bleached like Akala. oyibo don damage many boys. |
BackDatAssUp:Try to read and comprehend posts you quote. Who said anything about subsidizing pump prices to stimulate growth? You get rid of the thieving subsidy thieves and rid NNPC of corrupt and thieving officials who routinely can't find $10.8 to $20 billion per year. If those funds are well managed and pumped back into the economy, I can assure you that it will not have a negative impact on the economy. The fear of Buhari by the thieving politicians, oil barons, NNPC rogues, is the beginning of wisdom. Long prison terms await many of them including GEJ himself, at the rate he is going. |
jmaine:Make your point coherently or get lost. |
Sincere9gerian:You of all people should know that he was talking about the local oil market. Only mumus like GEJ and his handlers would think otherwise. You stabilize the market by ridding NNPC and the oil marketing crew of corrupt and thieving subsidy thieves. |
nonen:I think yoir logic is flawed.Oil prices have dropped from 115 to approx 65, a 40 - 50% decrease. In the meantime, Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria devalues the naira from N155 to N168 to the US dollar; a mere 6% devaluation. Sir, Fashola is on point, your own logic is the incorrect one. |
This is a sexist thread. No woman can lose her virginity alone! The question is, why are the men of today too willing to dishonor girls and gladly take away the girls' virginities? Why have the young men's moral values decayed to the point of losing their own virginities to prostitutes? Why are the older bufoons of men quick to take advantage of younger girls and disvirgin them immorally? make una answer me. The men who are blabbing on this thread have no moral authorities to do so. nansense. |
The issue of state of origin, forgery and perjury is not unique to Ambode as his godfather the Asiwaju was also bedevilled by same and till this day remains uncleared. What this means is that the burden of proof lies on his accusers. It is not enough to produce a photocopied or doctored document as evidence in this case as it will not be admitted by any judge. By the time Ambode's accusers stop fighting the case, Ambode would have finished his second term in office. You people are learners. |
CuppyCakie:Goodness gracious!!! Please respect our President! ![]() |
I'm afraid that under international law, Chad, Nigeria, or any other country has a right to buy weapons from any country to protect her territory and citizens. As long as the aircraft is in compliance with international aviation laws, it will be released to its operators to complete its journey very shortly. We have not been told that the aircraft violated Nigeria's airspace, so detaining the aircraft and its crew may very well be against applicable international laws. Unless GEJ is bent on opening another war front despite failing miserably to handle BH in the current front, this aircraft will be release within a week or 2. |

MayorofLagos:The judge stated that he had affidavit evidence but also said there are conflicts in affidavit evidence. What part of this is too complex to understand? The deportees did not resolve the conflicts orally or otherwise, hence left no option for the judge but a dismissal of the case. The judge never ruled on the illegality of Lagos, which remains so - an illegality. |
MayorofLagos:Not so fast, buddy! The illegal deportation of those folks remain illegal. The judge simply ruled against the deportees because there are conflicts in affidavit evidence, which are normally resolved by oral evidence and applicants’ counsel did not call for such oral evidence. Period. The lawyers of the deportees goofed, that's all. The action of Lagos state in this matter remains reckless, irresponsible, and illegal. |

Tiwa's behavior here is very unAfrican so one can understand some people's negative reaction. By the same token, we must understand that married actresses act in romantic scenes much worse than what Kiwa is doing here, but they are given passes because they are actresses. I believe Kiwa is a performer just doing her job. make una leave her and her husband alone. Having said that, if any of my wives dare moves herr yansh, even 2 feet near any man prick because of dance, na dat day she go sabi say khaki no be leather. nansense!! ![]() |
These people fool no one. They will simply replace Chukwu with a much less friendly judge, rig the ruling in favor of PDP and GEJ, then claim fair victory. Discerning minds know that only the Supreme court's ruling will matter here. Whoever loses in this court will promptly appeal. Between Xmas, Salah holidays and court recesses, this case will not get to the Supreme Court until GEJ returns to Otueke or Hague next February. |
mikeansy:These are questions for the Supreme Court. May God help this great country of ours. |
mikeansy:I generally agree with the above. What I fail to understand is how anyone can say, at this point, that there is no division within PDP. The divsion is obvious and that is why the Supreme Court will ultimately rule in favour of Tambuwal. When division is present, folks like Tambuwal have a constitutional right to defect, if they so choose. |
