Politics › Re: Fuel Price Drop: Group Backs NNPCL’s Reforms by nedekid: 8:01am On Feb 27, 2025
seguntijan:
Nigerians are not thanking NNPCL enough.

If not NNPCL holding that man accountable and competing favorably with him, Fuel would have been sold N1500/Litre.

That’s what a lot of us don’t understand, they are busy clapping for a well known monopolist because he removed N65. Nigerians will never cease to amaze you. Someone that even when BUA reduced his cement price, he refused to reduce his own and threatened BUA and IBETO.

Btw, Dangote refinery is just adjusting to FX rate direction & playing a monopoly card to push out Importers. And from all economist analysis, it was concluded that our Naira is undervalued, the real value is between 950-1002 Naira. If CBN can reflect this, then PMS should be between 400-600 Naira. Then PBAT have written his name in gold in the history of this nation.

I love how President Tinubu is gradually bringing Nigeria to the position we’ve always yearned for. Crash in Petrol Price, crash in food price, crash in dollar rate… crash crash crash…!!!
Are you serious?
Someone met dollar at 460 official rate, took it to 1650 and you are saying if he makes it 1000 he has written his name in gold? He met petrol at 197 and has taken it to 1k, mass spreading of poverty on a scale never seen in the history of the country. Buying a 350 seater airliner as PJ (claiming the previous one is old, same plane the South African president uses only that the SA own is 5years older than the naija one)while the country does not have a national airline. Angola just received its brand new 787-9 dreamliner aircraft, Kenya, Rwanda, SA, Egypt etc all have national airlines, as for naija it is presidential fleet with baba writing his name in gold for having the biggest presidential jet in africa, competing rather with countries such as Germany, US, Russia, Saudi, Qatar.
Abeg say what ever you wish but sayimg someone that impoverished you and I has written his name in gold is out of place.
Naija oil production has hit the 2m bpd from the 750k bpd, during the last administration so why has it not reflected on the naira?, subsidy has been removed and local production commenced, why has the naira not appreciated instead of the 4,8,14 naira so called appreciation we hear of?

I m a Christian and blamed him for loosing his job. I served in one the LG in Kano. As a funky guy who lived in Lagos from birth till university level before setting out for NYSC . One day I was on knicker to get something a bit far from my lodge. A Muslim man approached me politely why such dressing is not allowed in an environment like that . I listened to him and served there in peace till I left. Its wisdom.

Respect the culture, religion of wherever you are.
Wisdom..
Unlike the guy that even followed the Qatari to drag. By the time he lands Africa his eye go clear.

CNG is dangerous
Good riddance to them, best of luck, as for me ohh, I am not putting that bomb in my car neither will I ride in one powered by it.
This is naija where it is normal for everything to be substandard, where even drugs are faked, where mechanic will loose 10 bolts in your car and only put 5 back claiming the other 5 is unnecessary. Check the average car on the street, the wheel nuts are not complete, valcanizer will guage your tyre and not put back the valve cap, na this same country you wan install pressurised gas cylinder inside a vehicle with family? Omo, abroad your life insurance premium go high. Lol.

Can you imagine, allocations to states tripled? what a laugh. What was the value of N100 two years ago and what is it today? How much was a liter if petrol, a bag of rice or even cement. What was minimum wage governors have to pay workers today compared to 2 years ago.
Abeg babas talk is for his halfwit minions, his hallelujah boys that will clap in worship, that will inhale deeply even when baba farts.

Agriculture › Re: Food Production: Nigeria Receives First Batch Of Farm Implements From Belarus by nedekid: 8:47pm On Feb 25, 2025
Nice one. I hope the farmers will be able to maintain them though. A liter of diesel is 1250+. If you use just 50 liters daily ie 62k on just diesel alone in one day. That means those things planted have to be really valuable to justify such cost.

NOETHNICITY:
Sowore seems to be thinking he is now above the law
He travels abroad and he’s very law abiding
What law in this case? Are you not meant to have access to court premises as it is a public space? The fact that bello was in court should not warrant the efcc and other security agences to position themselves at the entrance harassing lawyers and others that have business to do within the court premises. Why should non Court officials be at the gate questioning people all because an alleged criminal big man is in the court premises? Every thing in naija is "security", you see house burning you see them storm the place with gun instead of quenching fire, you wonder if they want to shoot the fire or provide security for the fire to burn in a secured way.

Chai. Equatorial guinea. Just finished taking ibuprofen.
Oga run away from NSAIDS (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as ibuprofen, panadol, daclofenac, cocodamol, alabukun etc. If you have pain, treat the source. If you have to take Nsaids, it should not be more than few days. Remember the ad for panadol back in the day, ie if symptoms persist for more than 3 days consult your doctor.
Consider a tree you use an axe to be chopping, the longer you chop the sooner the tree will fall Abi, consider the tree as kidneys and Nsaids as the axe.
