Who is properly paid in Nigeria sef, you or me? Does that give us the right to commit criminality? Everyday you see police parading kidnappers, thieves, 419 etc, what is their excuse, they needed money to feed their kids, pay school fees, treat a sick sibling, is that not the same situation of lack of money the same police and millions of Nigerians face? Do the police not prosecute them?.
Bottomline there is no excuse for bad behaviour, if the job is not OK, find somewhere else.

In my opinion real value is what people are willing to pay for an item.
You can have a 2003 Toyota corolla, spend 2m to paint it, put new tyres, spend 5m to change engine, do upholstery of 3m, change gear box with 4m etc, then say the corolla is worth 20m, people come and price it 7m, because that is what it is worth.

My experience with our buses is as follows. We have bought constantly from nnpc in our neighbourhood. We fill the tanks of 9 buses for normal runs Monday and Thursday mornings, the buses don't work on weekends.
After reading hear on Nairaland of MRS fuel sourced from dangote and how it's lasts, we decided to try it. We filled up on a Tuesday, guess whay? The next fill up was Tuesday of the next week! The worst we have seen is fill up on Tuesday and next Monday afternoon, and guess what, we have to drive a distance to the nearest MRS Station burning fuel yet it still last longer in the tank and our fuel cost is noticeably lower. Infact our long time nnpc station sent their manager over to our office to find out how come they have not seen us for a while, we had to tell them it was costing us more to run our vehicles with their fuel.
There is obviously something unexplained going on.

As for you op, I've experienced a similar case in my former area.......The landlord parked the tenant's properties into another smaller room and rented the house out to another person and hell wasn't let lose .......The funniest part is that up till now the werey tenant hasn't returned making it over 16 years of his sudden disappearance..

Bros, the same thing was done, but even more, police was invited along with a photographer, the rags inside the apartment was photographed and the locked in a store in presence of the police. Guymam showed up from the blues shortly later through court case sueing for equivalent of outrageous millions, hard currency he left there, goods his wife kept to sell, expensive items etc. Olopa no go show because na wrong process. Na so we start to spend money ontop court case. Eventually we had to settle out of court.
Just get a lawyer to go to court and get you access to your house.
