i work with unity bank. so as an insider, i will say what is true and wot isnt. Unitybank has a very good trainin prgm. u are well fed durin d trainin and well taken care of. the salary for ets is 1.9mill annually but its abt to be revealed. d biggest problm wt unity bank is religion/ staff attitude and managemnt. the bank has many muslim staff and these guys kp draggin their religious practices into d bnk, bringin their islamic sentiments into d bnk. dats really annoyin cos customers will hv to sit and wait 4 dem to finish woteva they r doin. the managemnt at d moment seems to be doin little abt dis rubbish. d bnk has many more branches besides d likes of UBA,FBN AND UBN. IT WILL BE A GREAT BNK IF BETTER MANAGED |
