My brother makes the same complaints about it, and I always tell him to be the one to liberate the conversation.

He should snap out of the stereotypical "hello, how are you. Can I know you" (heaven knows how many times she has heard that in one day) and venture into something else. And viola! You realize you have been chatting for hours.




This is of course achieved when you've given her sense of security.... I mean the usual girls anthem "where did you get my number from".

Please guys! Stop replying "guess now" "why are you asking" "I will tell you later" "my name is Jay, I'm in your class... Have you now known me?" (how am I expected to know all the Jays in my class, and even distinguish between them??)




Guys should be confident enough to say "I got it from Ken, our class rep" if the naija girl ask you why again..... That's when your humor comes in. Then it won't seem as if she's doing you a favor by replying you.



I've also come across lots of guys that chat in an "uncivilized way" (quoting op)

If am to judge by the contributions of some christians on any religious thread, considering Christianity will never cross my mind. They just have a very negative approach to what they intend to pass across (The Gospel). So arrogant and hypocrite. Even on threads that does not concern them (like this present thread) they still hang around to make nuisance of themselves,thinking they know the religion more than its followers and theirs is a perfect 'religion'. The amazing thing is that their acts makes it easy for you to consider Islam rather than forbid it. The same way they kept preaching to me and persuading me to become a christian when I was a free soul while castigating other religious beliefs(Islam expecialy). But instead their preachings made me more interested in Islam than the christianity product they came to sell to me. I began research about Islam while I also listened to their (christianity) preachings objectively. Before I new it I made my deicision on 1st of January 2008 and ever since then have never left out a single solat. Alhamdulilah am a Muslim. I don't care the blasphemy and mischief they make towards the religion,all I know is have found inner peace and so has my family. Allahu Akbar.

Since u still recovering from your last childbirth, talk to your doctor about it, for recommended multivitamins, and folic acid. Take a lot of fruits and fresh green vegetables.

A healthy diet will also curb developing those ugly chubby cheeks

Being a woman, you have to put your home on top of the priority list. Cut your coat according to your size. Your job will be waiting for you, God's time is the best. Don't rush into getting a job, pregnancy, and keeping your man, all at the same time. You might end up loosing all. You can even talk to a counsellor about it.
