I have watched all four parts of the documentary, it is ugly, painful, sad, tragic, oh my God, my heart is heavy with pain. Very heavy with pain and grief. First time I was made conscious of my height, I went to an event in a public hall. You have to stand up when you ask question so people at the far end can see you, sometimes the visual help to understand what is being asked.  I had a question and I stood up to ask. The doggone moderator had the nerve to tell me "Mister could you please stand up so people can see you".  ahah
