I saw something like this on daily mail UK on Facebook, didn't know it was an African Lady. I didn't watch the video, according to the comments, the driver ran over her twice and pple were just walking as if was a normal thing. Apparently, in China pple purposely get hit by moving vehicle and if you assist an accident victim you will be charged as an accomplice, an it's cheaper if you killed the accident victim, 'cos you will pay just once, but if the accident victim is alive you will pay him/her for life.

Things like this always happens in developing areas with bushes around. It happened to my Aunty then when Ajah was still developing opposite that business school. They were the first to build on the street, two buildings, personal and for rent. Armed robbers dealt with them enough, they had to leave ooo, they rented a flat elsewhere. They are back now because the area is now alive and bubbling with security.

My advice to you is leave for your own safety. It's your house you can still come back when the area is fully developed and secured.
