dis is a tough decision indeed. if I may ask what was reason for d horrible first experience? was it anything of ur body incompetence? I ll advice that if Dr said u re fyn and able and u know u can despite ur first experience, then go for VD. God ll surely see u through it. Don't be scare..it may not b as difficult as ur first experience.
most couple go for elective cs cos of long TTC or breach babies or pelvics incompetence or very big babies

D other day after bathing her, I wanted to throw d dirty water outside mil shouted..don't throw baby bath water where pple will match on it...Y...daz wat they said..
so many myths on baby care.. I told them I want to experiment and b sure if some of these myths are true cos to me there is no basis for them.

dear mamas. I salute you all in the name of Christ. pls, I am confuse and need someone to a sure me all will be well. I have a menstral circle that is irregular.. some times comes after 2 months or so. dis time around, it has failed me. I discovered I am pregnant yesterday. I have had 3 ceasereans and it means dis will also be another CS. pls has any one had a forth CS? what is the limit to having a CS? abeg, share ur experience with a sister.

Don't panic at all. my sil had 4 CSes (☺☺) and they were all successful. Carry ur baby happily... it ll end in praise eventually.

I had same prblm when I was 6months preggy. I used Cannesten cream which didn't even clear it immediately. I also had to do away with my undies and got new ones. it will clear eventually with time. It is not easy dear, it is very inconveniencing and itchy.

Am here to encourage all of us. I put to bed to dd last week after ttcing for nearly 10yrs. Some of u might remember me. I got my bfp in Feb 2016 which I announced in this thread b4 joining preggy thread. Hw many among us here ve stayed that long but God still honoured his words in my life. plz never lose hp. Dat God that visited my family thru this thread ll surely answer all of us. I don't kw hw to upload pix otherwise I would ve attached it so u pple can tap the anointing that she brought and claim urs. I will b officially back soon meanwhile let me b in peeping mode and answer others questions if I ve the answer. I hp we still fast and pray in this thread. I participated fully in Dec 2015 praying and fasting and conceived in Jan so God honours collective prayer from this thread. May the Good God that answered me bless every moniker in this thread ...AMEN. I await ur testimony....

Am not working presently and dont really go out and i hear that constant exercise do help to bring on labour naturally, pls must i look for something to engage in to make this happen or just normal walks at third trimester enough? Pls help biko

VBAC is much easier if a woman gave a space of more than 2yrs b4 conceiving another child. By this complication is highly reduced. Anything less than is a 50 50 chance. the woman may still try to give birth virginally but she shld not insist cos previous sutures may burst.

I'm beginning to experience the heaviness other mamas are talking of.

Also Mamas, there is something I was taught that I have been meaning to share.
It's about caring for our breasts.
Before now, I had this dark dark patches all over, it made my areola feel very dry but I didn't bother myself much because I am a first time mum and I felt the changes are normal and those things would fall off on their own.

But I used Olive oil to plaster every area of my areola (coconut oil works too) then I left it for a while, like 10 minutes, then I started cleaning.

Christ!!!! The things that fell off ehn!

Now I feel like the owner of my breasts again.

I was also taught to be pulling my tips to allow for easy lactation.

It was a really fulfilling experience for me and I wish that some of us who haven't started doing it will start.

True talk. Am a testimony to dat. my lo didn't find it difficult to pump out the breast milk after I gave birth cos I was cleaning the breast everyday with olive oil using cotton wool. Blackish dirt due come out from my tips and the surrounding.

I have been purging for the past 4 days o. Everytime I eat anything, will go to toilet after 30-45mins. The stool is either hard or watery depending on what I eat. I am 38+5days. I couldn't go for my ANC yesterday cos the flood has covered all the road leading to my area.
