ArodewilliamsT: Why are people laughing and saying nonsense?. The worst he can do is 1. Cancel all FG projects in the East.
2. Exclude Igbos from all ministerial posts as he did during his days in uniform.
3. Selectively witch-hunt and jail Igbo politicians with EFCC and protect his Hausa-Fulani brothers.
4. Make toxic economic policies against Igbo businessmen as he did while he was a former head of state.
4.Heavily Militarize the East of the Niger.
....and more
How this will make the North and the West better than the East is what i am waiting to see?
The future of Nigeria is pregnant. What it will bear we don't know. Let's watch and and see. Thank you o!! D heavens wont fall. Losers every where talking gibberish!!!! |

Holak: This is a very intelligent post. When I hear people say Nigerians voted for change, I laughed. We still voted along ethnic and party lines. Different people have different expectations from Buhari. The first group are the genuine Nigerians who really voted for change and want to see a changed Nigeria. This is the minority, less than 10%. Then we have the APC members who feel it is their own time to control the government having delivered their states. This is another 30%. The remaining 65% are those who have voted their 'brother' and expect hand outs, preferential treatments, lopsided projects in their regions as well as tilted 'quota' system. This 60% will always vote for their 'brother' irrespective of the change sermon. How Buhari will balance these expectations is yet to be seen. But the problem is that if Buhari disappoints the 5 % who voted for him to instigate change, the 90% who have other intentions will keep him in power. In Nigeria, we are used to throwing parties too early... Way too early o!! |

GentleToks: Far from it darling, I am only speaking on your behalf cos if your kinsmen start what they might not be able to finish, the vulnerable and beautiful ladies like you would be left to survive in a war zone on your own.
It's good and reasonable to speak out against evil regardless whose ox is gored; being your sister, brother, mum, dad, Aunty, uncle and friends, speak against hatred and enmity. Hatred and enmity consume the carrier more often than not and that is Igbos have become tools in the hands of anybody who wants to spite either the North or the West despite the friendly hands being stretched out to them by the Northerners and Westerners. God is merciful and He protect His own people against evil.
Please, I want you to look into this and tell me how you feel as a normal, unbiased and impartial person. Igbos formed the first political alliance with the same Northerners in 1963 at the expense of the whole South and Yorubas in particular who have chief Obafemi Awolowo as a candidate. Guess what, Yorubas didn't preach hatred against Igbos despite their heavy presence in South West.
In 1979, Igbos formed the same alliance again with the same Northerners at the detriment of Yoruba and the entire south, my dear, Yorubas moved on without resulting to tribal bashing against Igbos living in South west.....
Now, in 2015, Yorubas formed the same alliance which Igbos have been forming with Northern Oligarchy since Independence and Igbos are now calling for Yorubas' heads again. Why all this 'Only me mentality".
The same Igbos who have shouting and screaming against marginalisation kept quiet under Jonathan regime in 21st century for Christ sake
The same thing happened under Aguiyi Ironsi; nepotism at its peak but Igbos kept quiet. Why all these evils?
Igbos killed the leaders of south westerners and Northeners on the street like chickens for cry out and loud and instead of people like you and I to speak out against this barbaric act, they all kept quiet until the same atrocity was committed against Igbos.... To be honest, I didnt read wot u put up dere, doesnt matter how logical or rational u may want to sound to cover up ur deep seated hatred for Ndigbo, all I want to tell u and ur ilk is dat ur gloating and boasting wont stop wot will be from being wen its time. Dont gloat so loud dat even d ground itself will hear u. |

they're really empowering themselves educationally..it wont be long b4 they achieve that aspect too. The message here is dat Attitude is wat determines Altitude. The
igbos refuse to accept something is wrong with them attitude-wise & until then even d "bambiala" & " almajiri" will meet up & overtake them soon enough. Gibberish. GentleToks: In other threads, I told Igbos not to allow Asari Dokubo to use them to fight his war against the Northerners and Westerners, some attacked me verbally but thank God that one of their own know what Asari is planning to do.
He took all his investment to Benin so as to keep them safe in case of a war. Eventually, Igbo investments all over the country ll be the collateral damage in a war just like the way Ijaw has used Igbo political dividends as a collateral damage in the last election. I thought Igbos are smart ooo; you guys are very smart but you have turned out vulnerable as a result of your hatred towards the Northerners and probably the Westerners and Ijaws are taking advantage of your vulnerability. Blah blah blah!!!! Igbos give u sleepless night, I can see. |
