Most of this copy and paste posts are useless. Antivirus is very important for an android OS.
There are many things to do online than downloading apps from play store.

Also clean master does more than cleaning rams. I use clean master to back up apps
You don't need clean master to back up apps, just use the Android back up and restore app. It is a system app
RomanceRe: I Am Impotent & Frustrated by Nero2220(m): 7:33pm On Mar 19, 2017
OmaniPadmeHum:
Hahahaha

YOU ONLY HAVE WHAT IS CALLED

"PERFORMANCE ANXIETY"

You panic and have conditioned your mind with that first incident. Your mind now sees sex as something that you would fail at and that would be embarrassing.

IT IS NOT SPIRITUAL. Naaaaah. only in Nigeria do we make everything spiritual. Left alone we might still have thought small pox/chicken pox is caused by "Sopana" and that Thunder and Lightning by Sango. Look with all these spiritual bla bla we were taken as slaves for hundreds of years. Our Chief preists and juju could not protect our fore fathers. Some of the masks were even stolen and exhibited in Europe. The nonsense juju has not been able to burn down London. No mysterious plague has befallen them. We were colonized for years too in Africa. No spirit could help us or our fore fathers.

It is purely psychological. You have been psychologically scarred due to the experience at the brothel. You feel you are going to fail again and again. Now anything that has to do with sex practically scares you and your body has learnt a rather "silly" way to react to sex. Infact, subconsciously, your mind sees sex as a fight or flight thing. It is sexual anxiety and perhaps panic attacks. It is very normal and not spiritual. Nope.

Unfortunately, your WAFTS (worries, anxieties, fears, thoughts and sensations) are things you have tried to fight off over and over again. Compounding the issue. Your mind now sees sex as a battle and gets your body to fight/flee. instead of allowing you get on.

LISTEN, WE ALL GET ANXIOUS DURING SEX. ALL OF US. MEN AND WOMEN ALIKE. ALL. But our anxieties, anxiety levels and how we have trained our body to manage them, makes a difference. Take masturbation for instance. Some people do it and suffer premature ejaculation as a result of it. This is because when this habit was learnt (most times at teenage years) , they had to do it quickly and get done so they won't be caught. This usually starts at a young age and then is often made a habit which the body adopts. Their body gets addicted to quick ejaculation. Meanwhile some guys had time and were so comfortable with it. There learnt it without being in a hurry and ejaculation was not the thing but enjoying the time spent. They now suffer from prolonged erection and can only ejaculate when they masturbate. They are only senitve to matrubation and not the feel of a them in a woman.

For you, you probably immediately started avoiding the things that embarrassed you and found another quick fix. Masturbation, Porn etc. All these still communicated to your brain that you need to "RUN AWAY FROM SEX!!! IT WILL EMBARRASSING AND YOU WILL FAIL"!!! It is like having insomnia and instead of allowing sleep to come naturally, you decide to take pills or use other stuff like sleeping tea, alcohol etc. They will work for a while, but soon their effects will be useless to the point of not working at all.

It is a flight or flight thing. Your body sees sex as something you would fail at. Let me ask, Can you get an erection when in danger? When fighting with someone or fleeing from danger? Nope. (unless you have trained your body/psyche to remain calm). During fight or flight response, your body removes blood from places like the stomach, sex organs etc and send to the brain and muscles preparinging them for danger. How can you get an erection when due to that first traumatic experience, you feel that you might fail again and you worry about how embarrassing it would be.

That one experience made you worry little by little and you took actions (unknowingly) that made matters worse psychologically. You sound like a worrier by nature. Lol. Unfortunately our brain is very silly and does not know the difference between real and perceived danger. If we worry too much about something, our brain tries to protect us by throwing all manner of things (thoughts etc) that can go wrong for us to act on them. When we worry and worry our brain even sends sensations like fast heart beats, sweaty palms, feeling dizzy, butterflies in the stomach etc. But keeping calm, noticing these WAFTS, and mindfully letting them go/be while calmly doing what you are doing whenever this happens helps to reassure your brain that all is cool and calm.

YOU WILL HAVE TO UNLEARN YOUR CURRENT WAY YOUR BODY RESPONDS AND RELEARN THE RIGHT WAY TO RESPOND. YOU WILL HAVE TO TEACH YOUR BODY TO RESPOND MINDFULLY TO THE FEARS, WORRIES AND ANXIETIES.

What book on Acceptance and Commitment/Mindfulness can I suggest to you....

Let me see....
Really helpful contribution indeed. You really should have consulted a doctor right from the onset. Nevertheless, it is still not too late to do so

Will look for something.

Litmus:
Fulani herdsmen slaughtering farmers = the Nigerian state does not protect her people.
but
"Nigerian drug Pushers" causing the deaths of thousands of South Africans = the South African State protecting the lives of her people?

Perhaps it's the Nigerian state not protecting her citizens from Boko haram thus Nigerian vigilantes fight Bokoharam.
South African state not protecting her citizens from "Nigerian drug pushers" thus South African xenophobics fight "Nigerian drug pushers". undecided

All very hopeless reasoning...

Why don't we just accept the case is one of South Africans slaughtering foreigners unjustifiably since no wholesale attacks and murder of minority groups by majority groups can ever be justified or should ever be justified.
Nobody is justifying what is happening right now in South Africa. My point is that it is sheer hypocrisy for a government that kept mute while hundreds of its citizens where being slaughtered in their own country by alleged 'foreigners' to all of a sudden start throwing tantrums because the lives of some of its citizens in a foreign country are now being threatened
TravelRe: Xenophobia; Nigerians Form Vigilante To Protect Themselves In South Africa.Video by Nero2220(m): 9:20pm On Feb 27, 2017
Litmus:
What does this even mean? Do you mean that Nigerian government cannot protect all of the lives of her citizens (because she safeguards some) unlike South Africa that safeguards all the life of her citizens ( lol )or do you mean that Nigerian government protects the lives of some of her citizens but not as much as South Africa does? Therefore this equates to Nigeria does not protect the lives of her citizens since Nigeria does not protect, by ratio, the amount of her citizens equivalent to South African government and her citizens. Is such a concept quantifiable? For your argument to make sense, would we not require a world league table on which Nations are measured according to the lives their institutions saves annually or each decade and any nation whose life-saving procedures falls below a certain level that nation is deemed to not be able to protect the lives of her citizens.

What if we take the threats each nation faces into account in working out wich nation, out of South Africa and Nigeria, saves more of her citizens? Nigeria faces existential threat in the form of terrorism, South Africa does not. Nigeria army has battled terrorists and in the process undoubtedly saved millions of Nigerian lives. Nigeria faces famine on a scale approaching that of South Sudan but institutions such as NEMA have saved the lives of countless of the most vulnerable Nigerians from starvations in displaced people camps notwithstanding flaws in the system.

I won't continue since if you are honest to yourself you'd concede that the comment you made makes little sense beyond impactful sounding soundbite.
I won't join issues with you. Sweet rhetorics will get you nowhere
TravelRe: Xenophobia; Nigerians Form Vigilante To Protect Themselves In South Africa.Video by Nero2220(m): 6:44pm On Feb 27, 2017
Nigerians have no right to criticize the south african government. What do you say about the Nigerian government that cannot protect the lives of Nigerians living in Nigeria. Tell me, how many lives have herdsmen claimed in Nigeria? Why not remove the clog in your eye before you remove the spec in someone else's eye
PhonesRe: Inspite Of Recession Phone Is Cheaper In Nigeria Than Ghana by Nero2220(m): 4:44pm On Dec 01, 2016
FunkyMetahuman:
we are all learning too. Nobody knows it all.

Anyway, it's like this,

Before, Ghana's currency is like 10000 cedis to a naira, which is what their economy actually reflects.
So Ghanaian government redonminate the currency, (redonmination simply means they removed certain amount of zeros from their currency to have less zeros.. Like 10000 cedis will be equivalent to 1cedi.)

E.g
If a bread used to cost 10000 cedis, after redonmination, the bread will cos 1 cedis. But in actual economic reality, the bread is still 10000cedis.
Redonmination is usually done to checkmate inflation at a certain period and it has its own perks too.

E.g like someone said, you cant survive on 50k in Ghana for like a month, question is, how easy is it to make 50k in Ghana compared to Nigeria? That's where the economy reality sets in.

Get it now?
A splendid reply.Right until the early 2000, the Ghanaian cedi was exchanging at a rate of about 2500/3000 to the US dollar. During this same period, the naira was being exchanged at a rate of 120 to the US dollar. The Ghanaian government then decided to redominate the cedi(knocking off some zeros) 2 to ease business transactions and to also curb inflation.

PhonesRe: Why Do Nigerians Hate Tecno Phones?? by Nero2220(m): 10:46am On Jun 07, 2016
I quit agree that tecno phones have significantly improve in quality over the years. And I believe this had to do with some of the tongue lashing they got from their customers. One of the problems I had with tecno was the total absence of post-sales service; OTA was something you could only dream about, as a tecno user. But recently, the camon c8 was upgraded from Android 5.0 to 6.0. This is a great improvement. But I still believe that the Phantom 5 is over valued. Yes, great phone but, it does not worth that price when compared to Infinix zero 3, in terms of specs
