Like someone said,Keshi should put a call through to the president or betterstill boycott the Nigeria-Ethiopia clash come November 16,by so doing,'im money go show sharp-sharp'.This is the more reason why many Nigerians ply their trade abroad where things are done normally unfortunately, ours is an insane society.

take dat: NDPCVL, Another false contraption. Morally bankrupt and cash-and-carry ethnic entrepreneurs trying to force the bitter pills of arrant nonsense down our throat. Making laws that will better the lives of the people does not stop the NA from investigating those whose heinous greed and avarice have contributed to the sorrows of the people. Yes, we can argue that the lawmakers are themselves the epitome of corruption, but it is their responsibility appropriate and monitor by oversight how judiciously our collective wealth is being managed by the executive.

The pervasive morass of unemployment has created a fertile ground for politicians to hire unemployed youths and political jobbers who camouflage themselves as civil society groups and ethnic organizations to protect their interests and masquerade the guilty in a garb of innocence.
It is glaring that issues that bothers on our national development are always divided along ethnic lines. Is it right for a group from a region to support a leader who has erred? If that is the case, then all the groups in the country should always support any corrupt leader to carry on with his looting spree.Cant we for once put aside ethnicity and face the problem head-long?I think we should all join hands together irrespective of tribe and religion to condemn sharp practices as being seen in government.God bless Nigeria.

To put up a list like this and never mention Clarion Chukwura’s name would be like listing the best football clubs in the world without mentioning Real Madrid.
What a way to describe someone's appalling situation!!!

McLuhan: I loved Yekini in his heyday and I still love him today. So gifted, yet so humble! He achieved something that today's gang of arrogant mediocrities can never achieve: the lasting affection and respect of millions of football fans both within and outside Nigeria. Live on, gangling Yekini! You will never die in the hearts of those who loved you and who still appreciate your worth.

dblock: When I used to frequent this forum, I thought the forumers were dumb....but the level things are at now...is on another level entirely.

Every thing is end time tinz and first to comment. Is it because schools in Nigeria are striking? Or is it because the average age on here is 6 years?
What are you saying? For you,you made sense but for me,it is senseless.

Crime › Re: Man Confesses To Killing Mother For Money Ritual by nerodenero: 4:48pm On Oct 23, 2013
I vividly Recall My MUM telling me about a man in my Neighbourhood who became popular for engaging in money rituals just to buy the 80's edition of the Honda Prelude. U wouldn't buy that car for 50k today. Some other guy brutally murdered his brother ( whom their father gave cash 2 travel 4 the purpose of re- stocking their warehouse), just 'cos he wanted 2 acquire the rave of the moment - Pathfinder Jeep. That same vehicle is now better described as a coffin. I remember as a kid, my whole street gathered to watch a truck deliver a very large satellite dish to my neighbour's house. Today a dish one tenth that size delivers 5 times the value and is in almost every student's room. What about the Volkswagen Santana, Mercedes Benz V boot, 505 Evolution, Toyota Crown, all overtaken by latest models of Camry, Honda, Bugatti, Bentley, X6, Acura and Infinity.... Vanity! Some ladies left their true loves cos some rich guy then persuaded them with a Benz 190, which turned out 2 be the only car they ever owned till date. They found out too late that true love is invaluable. A friend declared drinks because he launched the Nokia Communicator for over hundred grand in 2002. Today that phone would embarrass the owner and is a joke compared to the low cost and everyday phone. What about d MTN sim card dat many people went extra miles b4 dey bought for over 20k, today u will not buy it at N100 because all networks are begging people to even take it for free. People are still making the most horrific sacrifices over 'vanity' and make enemies over worthless material things. What can I Say? Look back at that one thing you want to kill or die for today and see what becomes of it tomorrow. There is absolutely nothing u can't achieve, all u need is a little time and PATIENCE and u would thank God without regrets.... Be Wise!

whirlwind7: Let me come out blunt and straight to the point.

1: Who asks for a pay increase just 2 months on the job? I dont really see a good reason why you should expect an increase when you are just a newbie on the job.

2: You think you know the reason why your pay wasn't topped (not into designing) So, why not work on it, and satisfy yourself that you've met that criteria?

3: You love your job, and seem to have a good rapport with the customers. This, in my opinion, is a better motivation than the little pay increase you might expect

4: Quit comparing your financial status with that of your friends. It does nothing to help you.

5: Work to gain the experience, and not the pay. The experience will make you better equipped to build yourself. The marginal pay increase is just that: It's marginal, and adds little value to yuor person.

6: Dont quit the job. Prove yourself, then you can be on your way afterwards. If your boss then realises your worth, you could get a better offer

7: In today's materialistic world, money's worth has been so over-hyped. Keep a cool head, and come out smiling in the end.

One love! wink

PurpleHouse: A friend of mine who live close to a Native doctor once had a chat with the Native doctors wife! The wife told her that even though her husband helps people to get rich quick and do other stuffs for folks that come around, her husband NEVER EVER allows she and her children to take money from these people or even collect any gift that was bought with d said money! Why? Because the money has a Life span! It carries a demon! It is evil and comes with a very BIG PRICE!
..... Point is! Why would I want to do a ritual from a Poor man asking me to pay N100,000? Why can't he do the ritual for himself? Does he too forbid wealth? He lives in a hut yet makes people live in a Mansion? And you think he's foolish? Bro, you the Big Fool!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Infomizer: Time will tell really! Traditions are going down the drain and this may not be an exception. That said, so the lawmakers actually look at what the masses say! Now they posit that 92% of 9jerians are in support of the bill. Will they mind if 92% of the people oppose their gross embezzlements? Will it matter to them? Do they really care when it comes to looting the treasury dry?
