Na every thief dey confess say he don steal?

Are you in the opinion that INEC doesn't have any server because the zombie body called INEC said so.
I will ignore the sore taste on your comment.

At the bold, INEC say it did not transmit the 2019 Election Results to any server. Results were manually announced and collated at various centres.

It is now left for Atiku to prove his claim with supporting evidence and witnesses.

Do u have memory loss?

INEC said Atiku hacked their server n u guys even claimed that the act is illegal.
Did Atiku accepts he hacked any Server? As long as the court is concerned that accusation has no bearing on the case.

The biggest upset to Atiku's case was the refusal of the President to sign that amendment to the electoral law Saraki was pushing for. It gave an upper cut to the entire electronic argument.
Politics › INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by netpro(op): 10:36pm On Jun 14, 2019
With the case for Atiku's residential ambition depending largely on winning the notion that INEC had results on their server that favoured him, here is the easiest way Atiku can win the argument at the Tribunal.

Atiku and his legal team need to provide and present the following details:
The alleged INEC Server location, its IP address, brand, total number of units, installed capacity, processing power, configurations, purchase receipts, suppliers, server administrators, pictures of the servers, election results transmission logs to the server, user accounts and finally tell us how he got the information with supporting witnesses who are ready to testify in court.

Note: With INEC coming out to say they do not have any Server that transmitted or received, processed and stored Presidential Results, it is now burdened on Atiku to prove it exists with supporting evidence and witnesses.

Oya Atiku give us the Server grin

The following details are required: Server location, IP address, brand, total number of units, installed capacity, processing power, configurations, purchase receipts, suppliers, server administrators, pictures of the servers, election results transmission logs, user accounts and finally tell us how you knew that with supporting witnesses who are ready to testify in court.

For your information, INEC say they don't have. Atiku insists they do, so provide the evidence. grin

Yes it might go both ways but the factors are different. There is justification in our loathing of other Nigerians. We love them but loath their lack of humanity.
As I said to make things right everyone must come to the table with commitment to make it work. But the current posturing of some of us will make it difficult others to embrace us.

Ndigbo has every right to insist on Igbo Presidency in 2023. But how do you get other Nigerians to vote a candidate whose are bragging they don't want it and that they want to divide Nigeria?

This post is unnecessary. Igbos have love in their DNA. The hate is from majority of the other tribes that make up Nigeria.
It goes both ways my brother.

In life, if love does not exist, you initial it. Unless you choose to keep living in hatred.

And when you say that over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria hates you, then it is time to change the situation.

You seem very ignorant, yet arrogant.
As I said before, when you start running out of reason, name calling sets in. The formation and membership of EU never stopped member countries from being independent.

Currency, leadership and other things put in place was to strengthen the union. It never strip sovereignty off member states.

The rest of us will be here to unite, develop and build the Nigeria of our dream.

"Discussing solution" starts when everything - including disintegration - is placed on the table.

Learn from Europe. They first disintegrated to bits and pieces before finally coming together (not all of them) to form the EU.

You CANNOT FORCE UNITY. Forced unity is unsustainable.
EU is an association not a country. Apple and oranges.

If you want to leave, pack your load and take your 40 days or years journey. Any direction.

Nigeria is not dividing.

The big question is how do you elect an Igboman a President when his current goal is to divide Nigeria to pieces?
Politics › Re: The Declaration That Will Restore Ndigbo's Place In Nigeria by netpro(op): 2:58pm On Jun 13, 2019

Then you should stop claiming that Nigeria is practicing democracy.

In true democracy, you do not enforce unity. You enforce justice, fairness, equal opportunity and rule of law based on the will of the majority. Then unity and patriotism will be the natural outcome.

Not sure what will happen in Biafra. But from what some IPOB folks are saying, Biafran regions will be so autonomous and free, yet the center will be so inclusive that people from all regions will find it so dumb and totally unattractive to want to pull out.

That's what Nigeria should have aimed for.

You should not have any business trying to FORCE people to unite with you.
Even in the United States, matters of National Security surpasses personal liberty and freedom. A US citizen can be held indefinitely by the Federal authority under that clause.

Nigerians can sit and discuss solutions to her problems, but anyone whose first agenda on the table is disintegration is doing so in bad fate. No single individual or group is bigger than the union.

Nice try, but I think you got it wrong.

Where I disagree with you is where you said that Nigeria can never be divided. While I'm neither pro nor anti disintegration at the moment. You lose me once you throw up the idea that unity or oneness is not negotiable. That's pure slavery. And the human spirit is a free agent that's not designed to be legitimately enslaved by any human or system. The biggest proof of freedom is the capacity to say no without fear.

So, until you concede that Nigeria may be disintegrated if the need be, then you are sincerely not yet ready to rebuild.

In fact, let me shock you, the reason ALL the attempts at national conferences (including the 2014 confab) had failed is because they were instituted with the notion that the negotiation of Nigeria's oneness was off the table. You can never make a cohesive headway in a dangerously diverse nation like Nigeria with that mindset.

Unfortunately, folks like you have turned the concept of One Nigeria into a old thirsty idol to which they have sacrificed millions and are still willing to sacrifice even more millions of innocent people "if need be". This is despite the fact that the system has consistently failed the majority of the people.

To me, the only groups that have truly called for a promising measure that may surprisingly rescue this country from its doomed foundation are those calling for referendum on nationality.

You cannot sustain forced patriotism.

People need to be able to determine their national identity.

History has shown that anything outside that will be too expensive and totally unsustainable.
Talking about Nigeria as a Nigerian, yes unity is paramount. And it is fundamental that Nigerians protect Nigeria.

I a proud Nigerian, it is even better to expand Nigeria to the rest of West Africa than the notion of dividing it.

If I may ask, those that want Biafra - what do you think they will do to anyone trying to divide their small country into 2 or 3 places?

Ndigbo has no place in Nigeria.
They not only do have a place, they are already Nigerians.

This nation like anywhere else have its share of challenges, that doesn’t imply that we now destroy and bunker it to dust.

Whatever the challenges, we can overcome it together. Clinging to the past and spreading hate and animosity will not fix things. We must learn to forgive and love ourselves I'm order to have peace, find the solutions and prosper, both as individuals, tribes and as a nation.

United we can do greater things. Through dialogue and open-mindedness we can find solutions.

Nigerians should forgive, love and accept Ndigbo. And Ndigbo should forgive, love and accept Nigerians.

The first step to REbuilding may be ADMITTING that your original foundation is faulty. And , for that reason, your treasured structure will have to be pulled down?

Would you agree to that?

If not, then you have zero case against sane people who refuse to join you in whitewashing and celebrating the doomed structure.
I do agree that Nigeria as a nation need to tender an unreserved apology to Ndigbo. I personally lost a sister during the war and over 2 million people died.

I also share the believe that Ndigbo have to completely embrace being Nigerians. This seems to be where you disagree with me.

Both goes together. The Igbo saying regarding the right and left hands washing each other comes to mind.

By ignoring your faulty foundation you'd only end up experiencing a colossal and fatal collapse.

Pretending that your faulty foundation does not exist simply because you are craving to see a skyscraper on the land is not being visionary. It's lunacy.

Ever wondered which of your ancestors agreed to be called a Nigerian prior to Lugard's invention of 1914?

Ever wondered why your country HAD to go into civil war within the first 7 years of its independence?

Ever wondered why your country claim to be a federal system, and yet still operates a unitary system in the most dangerously diverse country on earth?

As I said, being ignorant of your faulty foundation does not give you a bliss or make you smart. It only makes your doomsday certain.
There is no Country in the world that had a german-floor for a foundation. Everyone made do with what life and providence handed them.

If you want things to be better, you must proudly join every one else in building the Nigeria we will love. You can't stand at the side and badmouth it throughout your life.

This is it. You just showed your true self.

Good thing is, the god you are invoking is not the True God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

God almighty does not bless injustice.

That's why after 100 years of its existence, most Nigerians still spend more days in darkness than they do in light.

No blessed nation still sees electricity as luxury in 2019.
You rant all day about injustice, but go about cursing your country, her leaders and its people and count it a good deed.
