I prefer Canada to Uk. Canada is more International student friendly than UK. Immigration policy is also more welcoming in Canada compare to Uk. Living and Tuition expenses is far more lower in Canada than UK. Though it takes a very long time to get Canada study visa,but it is worthwhile. Just plan ahead b4 applying for Canada visa. U can apply for Canada visa 6mnth b4 ur start date 2 be rest assured that u will meet up with start date. All in All,Canada is far more better than UK. roger that!!!

Pls.try and get in touch with CDHC first,tell them of the new update and if they insist that u should produce the saudi police clearance,try to be bold and request them to issue you a kinda letter demanding u to get the saudi police report,then go with the letter to saudi embassy and explain things to them. Remain optimistic,bold and prayerful brother. There will be a way by the grace of God.

thx so much for ur observation and concern. Italy is the world fashion capital. She wants to study fashion design to become an International fashion designer. It is easier to cross from one western country to another compare to crossing from this part of the world to the western world. She can easily come over to me in Canada during her holidays or even when she completes her first year in Italy. She got an admission for A year foundation prog. in Italy so if she likes the environment and system,she may continue her academic career in Italy and come to me in Canada regularly but if she doesnt like the atmosphere in Italy,she will cross after the completion of her Foundation prog.
Concerning my canada visa,I have done my medical test and I am expecting to hear from CDHC any moment from now.

My start date is next week tuesday oh. even after the VO told me last friday that my visa will be sent via my courier envelope, e never reach them to send d thing, c me c wahala. and dey say dont finalise travel plan till u get your visa.

After four years of planing , one denial , one return for late submission i finally got my call up for medicals today. Alhamdulillai. I couldn't have done it alone without this forum and the wonder people that have shared their experience and knowledge on this forum since I've got no friends or families that shares this Canadian Dream with me, they all opted for UK since they cant stand the stand the stress of CDHC. THANK YOU ALL

Thanks so much brov. I have already requested for a new start date from the school,but I was told to wait till the embassy request for a new start. I think the school is preventing a situation where I will need to ask for a new start date after being issued the first new start date. Since the new start date is 5th September. I think another start date is January. I am going for ACCA and I think all these certification progs. are flexible in their start dates. Above all,if the embassy request for the new start date,I will request the school to send it via courier(DHL,UPS et al) and it will definitely arrive in 3day's time. So,no qualms. Thanx so much for ur concern.

I was called for interview exactly 3mnths of my application with them,after the interview,I waited for another 9days before been called for medicals. Did medical on 26th and waiting for good news by God's grace. My school had already resumed on 25th July and the next intake is 5th September,2011. Brother,please be patient and hopeful. Wait on the lord.

Applying thru Maple does not mean one will get treatment aside the laid down immigration policy. To my best knowledge,applicants(students) from some countries like Nigeria will get the TRV here and I think one will get the study permit at POE in Canada.

I am really fed up of the all thing. It's just God I rely on. I went to submit report from my Doctor that I am TB free to the Medical practioner desginated by CDHC at Yaba. The white lady told me that she has submitted the report and that x-ray reveals something on the chest. She said [b]PROBABLY [/b]the TB comes back,which I am very sure it's not the case. I don't any any chest pain since I was cured of the ailment in 2003 and even with regular exercise. She told me she will submit the report my own Doctor wrote to CDHC today and they may call me for further examination. She doesnt know yet. She concluded that she will submit the report of my own Doctor to CDHC today. I am confused! I won't lie. I know I am healthy and fine.
The only hope I have now is with God. Cos,Allah is capable of doing all things and in him I rely.

Big thanks to you all. Though I dont knw the outcome of the exam tests carried out by Marien hospital,but I am optimistic that everything is fine and my state of health is good.
I have been able to convince the Nurses at the Gen.hospital to trace my file with them,which they were able to do today. The nurse has eventually found my file and has given it to my Doctor to make the report. In a nutshell,I was told to come for the report tomorrow. Immediately I get the report,I will head for Marien hospital(Designated hospital of CDHC) to give it to its Doctor.
