First you may search for schools that offer your proposed course in English and write to them if you can apply for master's degree with your HND. On the other hand, you can search for master's qualifying prog. or check Rome Business School. |

Queenlovely: the biscuit factories are not giving Nigerians what they want which is quantity. Few Nigerians want quality. Biscuits no be food but something to pass time with. It belongs to the citizens therefore it would be profitable Interestingly, one of the readers on my website, a mortgage banker just dropped a comment on my post on real estate. He talked about real estate crowdfunding. I am also a bit skeptical about the university idea, I think quality education is beyond building structures and organization, but qualities materials ( tutors, research funding etc ) The biscuit idea also looks realistic. It is possible! |

olaboy1: When it comes to honesty I think you guys still don’t understand what’s going on internally. Let me do some clarifications
Let’s say you were driving on the high way and you witness an accident and see many Swedes parked trying to help, you would be quick to write that these folks are just way too compassionate without you understanding why they are compassionate. Their is a law that can send you to jail if you don’t stop to help when you witness an accident, have you asked yourself why the govt needs to make that law if they are naturally compassionate, after all we don’t have such laws tying our hands in Nigeria and I can bet more than 10 cars will stop to help in the event of an accident. Now let’s apply this to the honesty you stated
They have to be honest, sales reps have to be honest, sellers have to be honest because there are strong laws binding them that could send them to jail once they breach a written agreement or contract, all these still don’t make them the most honest people on earth . Many of us had this perception in the first 3yrs we arrived, but all my friends have come to same conclusion that they are actually not honest but tied by laws and if you want to know how dishonest they are, try and run any package with them without a written agreement and you would be shocked how the person would deny everything. They have a more professional way of cheating you we have all found out.
How can an employer take advantage of you when he could lose his license, pay for damages and go to minimum of 5yrs in prison if found out. I keep saying only those who have lived above 5yrs in Scandinavia can actually give an unbiased feedback.
Maybe you would even say they don’t cheat. Brother man, you have been there, you have learnt not only in the four walls of the classroom, but also in the institution called: society. Your mind and eyes are really opened and I bet your experience will go a long way in shaping your personality and life. |

olaboy1: I totally disagree with you. Just because the old hags come to take advantage of poor Gambians doesn’t mean they are not racists. Scandinavia generally is a joyless and depressing place to be maybe apart from Copenhagen Denmark from what my friends who moved there have been saying. Many even moved from Stockholm to CPH.
The depression in the country and utter ego has made almost all the Swedish men and women single, it’s not uncommon to see a girl that is Uber 9/10 single and living alone, there get away for the men is Thailand and the women go to Latin American countries, Jamaica and Africa.
https://www.thelocal.se/20040907/371
As for OP let me awaken you that the relationship goal of a Swedish woman is having a baby as you enjoy the system more when you have kids, and also kids help them to solve the boredom part. Without kids all you hear is someone having a discussion in the apartment and when you go inside you realize she has been chatting with her cats or dogs for minutes. After kids they are known to be very wicked to you and if you are not careful she and her system will push you away, I have many ethnic Swedish friends who have suffered in the hands of Swedish women and I had two Swedish girls in my house party after having some vodka attesting to their devilish behaviors in the family court to deal with the men, according to them men are pigs and pathetic, they basically in my world are not fit to raise a family with because they have a high flight risk and I rate them 25% when it comes to longevity of love. I am not preaching doom to your life OP, not at all, I like your spirit and I thought you could use some wise words from an oldie to complement your smartness. In the house party they even showed me apps they use to count the numbers of their sex lays, the girls here are brutal and narcissistic.
If I find the blog of one American guy I would send to you, infact American men have been known to fall for the cheap game of Swedish women to a point the USA embassy gave a warning on their official website some years ago. One million gold advice. |

I am not an economist but this might be a good move from Buhari because most of this ECOWAS nation don't have a strong economy like Nigeria if we are joining with countries of higher GDP than us now maybe yes but Nigeria South Africa and Egypt still have the largest economy in Africa, we they run into economic crisis then we might have to bail them out. Just like Greece and most other EU nation and that called for BREXIT. Why put head for wetin no pay us the 3 major tribe in 9ja never live peacefully finish na to dey join hand spend same currency for west Africa, I beg make ECOWAS park well
Saddam decided to drop $$ and he was killed Gaddafi proposed gold as trade currency for Africa during AU summit and he was killed al-Assad want to drop USD and Syria is still at war

luckypeace1980: Nice write up, i will start my own business soon, but op i need an advice as i want to start fasion design company earlier next year, although i have started learning it since 3mnths ago now to have the idea. Although I am a graduate ; an architect but work is not just comming from clients as usual, i belief i will do beter when i establish the company while i also do my architecture and construction work at my own pace. I will engage contract employees who will work under my supervision in my fashion company. Pls op advice me on how to go with this business interms of starting it newly and sorting out fund. thank you. I like your spirit of dynamism and I commend you for thinking towards another challenging profession. Though it may look daunting to handle bother profession successfully, but it is not impossible. I admit, it is not for the faint hearted. I would advice you to come up with a creative and innovative plan in your career as an Architect and establish your firm first. It is more costly to setup and fashion company than to establish an Architectural firm. You may start by building portfolio of your work (both hardware and software) then start sharing it with your network (offline and online) Facebook,Instagram,Pinterest are valuable rescources at your disposal. If you don't have portfolio, start building now. You may offer to design at low fee for people in your network so that you could build portfolio that is tangible and real, but let them realize you are offering the design at low fee to build your portfolio. If you are creative and good, your work will speak for you and your firm will grow, then you can move to the next dream of fashion If you still have it in mind. I'm a serial entrepreneur and Interior Architecture ( Interior Design ) student with interest in luxury design. At the moment, I am still studying and taking my time to build my portfolio and network. We may work together one day, we are in the same profession with few differences. You can also join professional association. You options are limitless. The only person that can stop you is the person you see each time you stare at the mirror. I wish you the best. |
