I feel u bro. Patience is all u need. I got response from them 3mnths after my visa application and the response was an interview which was held exactly 3mnths of my application and extra 9days after d interview to get medical invite. I went for medical in July and further medical notice in Aug. completed further medical on 27th October. can u see we need to be patient? Though I am yet to get the TRV. Yet,what do I have to do than to wait on the Lord. God has reasons of doing things. I wish u well Bro.

u r welcome brov. Sure,u can use ur mum's dom. acct then. The bank will convert d U.S$ and pay d equivalent in $CDN. Mine is GB Pounds acct and the equivalent in $CDN was sent to Canada.

CDHC treats each application separetely depending on ur case. So,if u r instructed to pay half of ur tuition fee or whole,they have reasons. if you are instructed to pay half of it,pay half of it;if u r instructed to pay whole one yr tuition fee,do so. From my own perspective,if u r instructed to pay tuition fee while u were also issued medical invite, the TRV is as sure as 95%. So,such case hasnt reached positive conclusion,CDHC wont instruct such person 2 pay part or whole tuition fee. To be on a safe side,do as directed by CDHC.

I sent my acceptance fee/courier of $250CDN to Canada thru Bank transfer. It took maximum of 3days or lesser sometimes. Access Bank, GTB and First Bank are best known for this. I sent it via my dom. account.

The CDHC calls d bank and the bank confirms from ur sponsor. The banks are called to confirm if the acct. is real,if it truly belongs to name u supplied as sponsor and if the balance is the same as the statement of acct. printed. If all these r on point,I think one is on positive side,as per the comment I see 4rm ppl. here. was ur sponsor's banker called? If yes,seems something positive is coming,as I was tld. here that dat is mostly the concluding step of deciding on visa application at CDHC.

I am still here and my application has reached 7th month on 4th Nov. though I was given further medical instructions,but I got call 4 interview 3mths after my visa application and another extra 9 days to get medical invite. I completed my 2nd medical test on 27th oct. and I got fingers crossed,waiting on God to perfect his good work. So,take lil patience Bruv. Bashtee,mine is now 7mths.

welcome to the thread. Well,I will try my level best to answer some of ur questions,while I leave the rest 4 d gurus in the house.
You cannot get work permit under the colleges that offers acca in Canada cos the colleges are private institutions. Though the law permits you to work within the college after some months(9mnths or so) I can't say precisely though;but the colleges are small and I dont think you could get jobs within the colleges.
About the processing time of ur visa in Pakistan,you can log on the webiste of Canadian High commission in Pakistan to check the average processing time or you go to their office directly.

Amen,urs will come. All the dox. u submitted won't be returned with the medical invite. The medical invite comes only with ur Passport. Meanwhile,all ur dox will be returned when a final decision has been made on ur case.

congrats! u r forging ahead and u r on positive side especially when u were instructed to pay ur fee with speculated time. ur TRV is damn sure,unless u screw things up urself(God forbid) Yea,abt d message overleaf of the instruction,dat is what I also saw on mine,but I also saw a kinda title or tag on it as: UNCLASSIFIED. I pondered on it first and I concluded maybe I am not among the category or maybe the mail is not included,to my lil understanding of UNCLASSIFIED. Though I was called 4 interview b4 been sent medical invite. I ignored it sha,

Wishing u all the best. I also commend you for accepting the will of God in good faith. Just like when I was refused UK study visa in 2005,then I felt bad but accepted the will of God;I couldn't have achieve what I have achieved presently if I was issued the UK study visa then. I am thanking the visa officer that refused my UK study visa then,cos he did a great favour to me,I know that!

My application was received by CDHC,Lagos since 4th April and I was interviewed on 4th July(3mths after application). I got medical call on 13th July,did medicals on 27th July and was called for further medical again around ending of August(about a mounth a few days),I concluded the last part of the medical on 27th October,which is chest x-ray. 6months and still counting, Yet,I have to wait on God.
Pls. Bro,while you try Plan B,do not relent to give Plan A a good fight,you gotta get it Bro.
