The applicants in the suite committed fraud and forgery, petition was written against them to IGP who instructed the case Tobe investigated. Police invited them for investigation, but instead of honoring the police invitation, they rush to Federal high court ikoyi for enforcement of fundamental human right saying the police should not arrest, investigate or prosecute them. His lordship has been foot dragging this case for two years now without ruling on the case. P

My own experience transferring money to another person account was a very bitter experience with access bank, that was around August 2016, I mistakenly sent #20k to somebody's account at access bank Nnewi branch while my account is domiciled in Lagos, the funniest part is that I wrote a letter to access bank informing them of the erroneous transfer, I was told to get court affidavit, police report, which I did, but till this moment the money was not reversed, despite various email correspondence. Access bank no try at all.
