InvestmentHow I Scale Through The Last Administration(4 Years) And Plan To Excel In This by newinsta(op): 2:03pm On Mar 06, 2019
I have noticed that there are some valuable "skills" that if you have will make you relevant irrespective of where you find yourself or which administration is in power, I am going to highlight just a few(the three most important skills needed) they are:
1. Connections (People skills, networking, man know man): Coming from a science background, and having been trained to approach every situation logically, I was shocked after leaving school that nobody ever taught me how important this people skill is, it so important that I have to make it number one here, while looking for job after my NYSC, I noticed that people I am more qualified, and better skilled than are occupying positions, after doing a background check I came to the realization that they know somebody who can help, and they are earlier and better informed.
I am talking about having plenty friends but having quality connections that are helpful, especially within and around your profession, families, friends, clubs etc.
2. Outstanding: I may not put it correctly, but I mean being exceptional with what you do, being a baddass, at the very top of your game. Don’t just be skilled be the best at your chosen craft, profession or business, I like the way Earl Nightingale explains it, he said “No matter the economic hardship is in a country all of the industries do not come down crashing, even in recession people still earn across the industries, those who can earn used to be and are still those at the very top” a good mechanic, barber, tailor, teacher, banker will still be relevant irrespective of the economic situation only the bottom mediocre are looser, so up your game, time and space will not permit me to give live instances.
3. Control: You can call this self-control, I like this skill because it is the union of the above two, there are those few times when you do everything correct but yet to see the desired result, this is when emotional control becomes useful, beyond that there is also financial control, like do not buy "I pass my neighbor" because everyone has an AC generator, I can go on to state several examples, it is more important taking your finances serious in times like this.
As usual I do not drop a post here without substance and it will not be fair if I do not mention Insta Invest as one of my secrets to surviving the harsh economy these few years, therefore I am going to help quite a number of people to get started with Insta invest(5k each), I am not new to this I have done that in the past.

Let me answer some of the frequently asked question.
1. How much can I invest? a minimum of 5k but I will recommend you go higher if you can
2. How much will I get in return? strictly depends on how much you invest.
3. When do I get paid? Every working day
4. When can I withdraw? Anytime outside the incubation period.
5. Why is my account still not active after you transferred money to me? Every new account must make a direct deposit before it can be activated meaning this does not affect existing account.
6. Where can I find my account number? login to your dashboard

There is no monopoly of knowledge when it comes to wealth making, I have read several books and put into practice some of the concepts I learnt, but have found out just few important things works, I am going to share that with you…anybody today can learn this three basic principal steps of creating wealth.
1. Earn: this is where it all starts from, no one creates wealth from nothing, you have to start from somewhere, basically you can start by selling a product or offering service, it doesn’t matter what you do to earn it (my mentor Dan Pena says “better legal than ethical”) as long as you are not hurting anyone, It doesn’t matter if you a bus conductor, security, doctor any bother can create massive soon as he learnt the ‘how’. My advice today is go and get a job or start a trade, so that you can kick start the journey. But it doesn’t stop there the next step is even more important.
2. Saving: there is a massive misconception about that word savings, most people think it is about keeping the money earned in a save place, but that is far from the truth, currency is designed to reduce to half it value after 40 years, that is under a stable economy, but under an unstable the value will even decrease faster, we count several examples of products which is now 5 times it price just within 20years in Nigeria (Peak milk, candles etc. are examples), just imagine saving some money years ago, not to forget bank charges, inflation etc.
When we say saving it’s about guarding your money against loss, unnecessary expenditures, that is why we recommended budgeting, so that you can set a limit to your expenditure, and even when you spend, it should be on needs not wants, for instance if you earn 25k monthly, you can set your maximum spending limit at 20k, the next question is what are you going to do with the remaining 5K, that takes us to the next level.
3. Invest: this is the final stage, and it is what separates the very wealthy from the rest, they have successfully learnt the art of making money slave for them, let me share this allegory with you, “a slave living and working under a master, gives birth to children, these children becomes slave under the master, from generation to generation he gets more slaves work for him all for free” the same thing with money, the sad truth is that if you do not make money your slave, you successful made it your master, guess what? Money is a cruel master but very useful servant. There is the grand truth the rich keep to themselves, ‘you do not have to make millions to start investing today’ you need just a few thousands. These are the only rules you need: Patience, Diversification and knowledge.

CareerThe 10 Biggest Lies You Must Have Read On Nairaland by newinsta(op): 4:01am On Jan 26, 2019
Hello friends the year has begun and I am sure you will soon be seeing topics such as “5 easy way to make money online”, “make money from home”, “10 money-making systems online” etc. I am going to debunk these myths, I stand to be corrected where am wrong, since there is no monopoly of knowledge, however with over seven years in the ICT industry and have tried a couple of these online businesses I can share something worthwhile, I will try to make the list based on popularity:
1. Blogging: each time clients/students enquire on this, one word is usually very consistent “passion”, this above other factors is the main reason anyone can succeed in blogging, those making it sound easy fails to tell you that passion is not enough, you need patience your first earning may not come within the first 18 months, you need to have good writing skills (most bloggers don’t even consider this, I am pretty sure you have read poor grammar, bad spelling etc.), you need to be persistent and consistent, you will also need to pay affiliate marketers, run google adverts and social media adverts.
2. Affiliate marketing: the advertisers are more interested in the number of people reached, not in one person bringing in thousands of people, this is why no matter how well you do it, you at maximum earn just enough to cover basic expenses and just a little for your effort.
3. Freelancing: the platforms include upwork, fiverr etc , it is always laughable when I see people promising revealing secrets that will help people earn bigger on such platform, they keep talking about educating people if they are really earning the focus will be different, I will reveal why it is very difficult to earn big from such platforms, competition is intense, just imagine competing with youths who are doing the same thing as you but with better computers, constant electricity, free internet, better environments etc., and are willing to do it for free or for a ridiculously cheap price!
4. Web design: this is also often listed, I am one of those who started web design early, those days we were forced to learn the technology from scratch, you just must learn how to code and design, these days there are numerous tools out there not to talk of free templates, this has made the market over saturated, we no longer charge(earn) as much as we used to those days, however design goes beyond installing wordpress themes or using any cms, It has to do with understanding the nature of the business you are designing a website for, in this case there must be back and forth communication between the client and the designer, in another post I will elaborate on this, so that you do not give your web projects to mediocre who will kill it before even launching it.
5. AdSense: Just last week again another of my clients said somebody told him that as people visit his website he is supposed to earn from them, it’s just like saying somebody pay just for visiting you at your home or office, it doesn’t work that way, however you can permit google to advertise on your website, this is known as adsense(PPC), you can only earn when, somebody through a google ad on your website visits the advertising company and perform an activity, it is not just because they clicked on the ad but because they follow through(google crawlers monitors this), you are only paid 25 cent, so for you to earn high you must have massive traffic, but the question is why will I set up a website just to divert people into other people’s website?
6. Programmer: first, I think this should be removed from the list because high skill is required for success, the only reason am adding this is because the words “programmer” or “software developer” have been bastardize mostly by bloggers and youtubers, in as much as I can agree that you can learn how to code from youtube tutorials and good books within few months, it will require years of practice to using these skills into solving real life problems, programmers are problem solver, most times clients will first ask me ‘can this or that be done?’ this is where you separate the wanna-bes from the experts, I often see boys who only knows how to install wordpress themes(or other cms) and able to write few lines of code go about calling themselves programmers/software developers, when the work becomes complex they will start looking for people like us to fix it, for instance; two weeks ago a landlord who has multiple tenants contacted me he wanted an app that will notify both him and his tenants, periodically starting from one month before their rent expires. This kind of problem no themes or template can do this; you can’t buy the script from anywhere you just have to write it from scratch.
7. Youtube: do a google search on the most watched video on youtube, you will discover it must fall under entertainment, that tells you a lot about the worlds priority, so if you want to make money as a youtuber focus on music or any entertainment, don’t forget you have to promote and get positive review as well, good luck.
8. Ebooks: This is one of the most laughable, I have seen people here, trying hard to sell an ebook, knowing very well that Nigerians hate reading, the book market only success formula is positive review, organization and referrals.
9. Forex: this requires skills, good resources (fast internet connection, good computers etc.), the annoying thing is that there are many scams out there.
10. Cryptocurrency: this is one of my favorite because I have deep knowledge in it, and am still an unrepentant bitcoin advocate. As juicy as this may appear, it is the most volatile of all, last year I worked or on two crypto projects for a client, they were sincere, they really want people to make money through their platform, they even had sufficient funding to push it through but eventually they failed! Mostly because of poor timing and poor marketing campaign, both the founders and the investors lost their money.
Also I am not trying to discourage anyone into venturing into any of these, I just wanted you to have a different perspective from the sugar coated articles being shared, this list is not exhaustive I may also have omitted something feel free to mention it in your comment.
Finally I had taken time studying the most effective success factor in all of this, and then I discovered its TIMING. Those who started early enough find success easier than those coming earlier, for instance there can never be a blogger who will earn as high as Linda in Nigeria, you can never earn as high as those who did the gnld network marketing (most popular affiliate program, though offline) early enough, nor can you earn much with adsense compared to few years ago, meaning the earlier you get on any NEW platform the better your chances of success in the long run.
Talking about new platform permit me to introduce http://www.instainvest.com.ng this is the portal for an investment company me and my team were hired to develop last year, they invest on wide array of investment portfolio from technology to agriculture, the system help to raise money through crowd funding, the space here will not be enough to give detailed explanation, therefore visit their home page or http://www.instainvest.com.ng/faq.html however I am going to answer some of the frequently asked question I was asked last week by some investors.
a. How much can I invest? In as much as you can invest as low as N5000 I will encourage you not to invest less than N20,000 reasons is: your daily earning is 2% meaning the higher you invest the bigger your daily earnings, second reason is that, the company is offering “debt equity” meaning your money was borrow and will be paid back with interest, that is; even if the company went bankrupt (which is not possible) your money will be paid back so no need to fear loss.
b. Why can’t I activate with transferred fund? That is because your account is barren(new account) you are expected to make deposit, so you can activate your account, transferred funds are sellable, this is for investors who may not be able to wait for high yield, they are giving the ability to sell their investment to other investors.
c. After investing? Nothing, just study the platform, invest more money when you have, withdraw when you want, sell your excess earnings or give it out freely, as I am about to do now.
d. Where is my account number? Login into the dashboard, your account number is on your dashboard, scroll down if you are using a mobile device,(use chrome browser).

InvestmentI am giving 3k to 30 people -This Is How To Start This Year by newinsta(op):
This is my new year gift along with it is a simple note 'My simple advice is start this year with the right foot'.
Listening to one of Robert Kiyosaki radio interview the author of ‘rich dad poor dad’, he said the rich look for control, let me rephrase that, ‘the rich and the poor are at every given time presented with same opportunities while the poor see risks the rich sees opportunity, while the poor run screaming scam! Scam! The rich embraces, study , learn, seize as many control buttons as possible then patiently reap profits(of course this is too much work for the lazy)’.
Let me give a classical example, I met a young man who has built two duplexes one for his mother the other for himself just shortly after the MMM frenzy last year, he made his money from MMM. When enquire to know his secrets, he simply said “I know how it works, I had control”.
That triggered my memory to recall what I read in one of Brian Tracy’s book where he said ‘money is a utility’ money is only a utility to those who make it so, this now clarifies it, using this in the context of wealth creation, there are only two kinds of people- those who serves money, and those money serves, and this has nothing to do with how much money you have, only take note of these: if you do 9 to 5 job and feared being queried, if you hate your job your boss/superiors , if you have to cheat, lie, bribe, if you must lie, steal to make extra bucks and many other related vice then you are a SLAVE TO MONEY, money is a wicked master it can force you to starve, sleep less, be depressed, be stressed, do crime, destroy your good virtues etc.
I know a unique set of people who don’t do any of those things, instead they relax at home or at golf course and monitor their diversified investments on their mobile phone, the money do the working! MONEY IS THE SLAVE. Don’t say they have millions already, your 200k, 100k, 50k, 20k even 5k can set you on the path right now! This is the grand truth the rich has been hiding from you, they never told you that with little investment, the right knowledge, and patience you can turn the table from being controlled to being in control.
I joined insta invest last year, and learnt the how, just view the snap shot below no need for long explanation, you too can do the same.
I know a Jew rabbi whom when asked why most Jew seem to be more financially successful than other race (Jewish wealth), he answered ‘ a Jew not a teach a fellow Jew how to get wealth but help him to do so’ therefore, it is not enough for you to read a thought provoking article as this but I urge you to take the right steps, as a guide/encouragement I am going to give a handout of N3000 each to 30 people(my new year gift), but there are conditions attached.
I know the 3k is small, the last time I gave 10k each I almost later declare bankruptcy(view this post https://www.nairaland.com/4698439/giving-10-people-10k-each), plus if you know what you are doing and you give the 3k a little boost you can convert that into a fortune. Happy rich year ahead.

RomanceRe: How Do Guys Cope With A Girlfriend That Has Fishy Viginal Smell During Sex by newinsta: 10:17pm On Sep 30, 2018
this problem is very easy to solve, guys are making it look embarrassing, I have had this experience twice and on both occasions it wasn't our first sex so I wasn't irritated much. the first one I didn't say anything, the second I told her but she denied and even accused me, but later took care of it, the simple method mature girls use is when they are wet they will go and clean up, then back for the battle. OGs experience this often
