LoudlyMouthed: Scamma ni ooooo I wanted to ignore you, but after realizing that not everyone thinks like you I decided to quote you. It is astonishing that the number of myopic Nigerian youths keep rising, this same set of youths will defend religion, and political "rapist" but when they see wonderful opportunity they will trash it. Just last week 7 of those we trained received a grant of 1 million to 1.6 million from International breweries Kickstart competition, this set of youths, have no connection, no "big man" etc. all they had was a good idea or a feasible/sustainable business. There are many of these kind of opportunities out there, TEF is also coming starting from 1st of January. Wake up son, grant is free money, no body is taking anything from you or asking you to pay back. TAKE YOUR HATRED SOMEWHERE ELSE |

iamclime: There is nothing wrong with setting targets to sales personnel, provided they are reasonable and mutually beneficial to both the organization and the sales personnel. Take note of the words REASONABLE and MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL. If your sales targets take into consideration these two crucial factors, those who are willing and ready will stay and work. In the end, both employer and employee will smile. This also applies to other fields apart from sales. The first basic rules is: Can I meet these targets myself, given the same circumstances, background, abilities, training as my staff? If yes, why? If no, why not? Thank you, I actually did most of my jobs myself to have real field experience before employing hands so I can set targets for them |

Jobs/Vacancies › Employers Help Me Solve This by newinsta(op): 9:43am On Apr 13, 2019 |
I noticed that most Nigerian employees just want to sit and get paid after every 30 days, soon as I give them a target they run from the job, during interviews they run their mouth and talk confidently, but soon as I say their pay is based on how productive they are(I have a particular ratio), I wont see them again. I still do not understand how they expect to get paid without being productive, I am willing to pay between 30k to 100k yet it seems something is wrong, have any of you solve this problem? |

Crime › Re: "A Lady Said I Was Sexually Harassing Her Because I Wore Short" - Uber Driver by newinsta: 5:35pm On Apr 11, 2019 |
LuciferMoral: That's how to spot a sexually starved feminist.
Any little sight or slight contact with the male body drives them mad. Even nairaland quotes, which is why I always ignore feminist quotes because responding to them makes them wet.
That woman must have been longing for his preeq but since he didn't deem her worthy enough, she is angry she can't get what she is seeing. Instead of swallowing her pride & shooting her shot to see if he might agree to service her rusty pussy out of pity, she resorted to attacking him just to make herself feel better.
This is how feminists reason.
*spits Guy yiu are very correct, that was how I was training a lady after she passed an interview I conducted, the day I made a nice comment concerning her dressing she stopped coming, it was then I remembered she left her last work because her boss asked her out, I do not support work place romance but jumping into conclusion just because somebody says you look good means something dirty must have filled your mind! Business › Re: List Of Business(es) That Are Eligible For Bank Of Industry Loan by newinsta: 8:12pm On Apr 03, 2019 |
nextstep: https://www.boi.ng/apply/register
There is more detail on the site, but as usual, one would need some long leg and greasing to actually get the loan.
However, lending rate appears to be market+6% (market is 14% according to CBN), so this is a basically 20% loan. NO country developed its industry with 20% loans, so for FG to think this is helping anybody shows the policy makers are out to lunch.
Far better to seriously save salary for 1 or 2 years (while living with parents and no flexing or spending money), than to wait for this nonsense because at the end of the day, profit margin is under 20% so one will end up working so hard just to pay the loan back, without actually gaining anything.
To make it worse, the money is disbursed to the suppliers for your business - not given to you in cash. If you can establish a good relationship with suppliers, they may be willing to extend credit for 30-90 days with much less interest. I learnt something, thanks |

Investment › How I Turned N50,000 To 5.7 Million In 8 Months by newinsta(op): 11:36am On Mar 13, 2019 |
First I must say I am one of the lucky people who got on the instainvest.com.ng platform early enough, just like many other online investment I was skeptical at first, but courageous enough to invest 50000, I watched my invest grew to about 289,000 in 15 days, I later added another 50,000 to my investment with much referral I earned massive bonuses, I was patient to watch it grow substantially before, I started selling units of my shares. These are the factors that helped me: 1. I joined instainvest.com.ng when daily earning was 5%, 6%, 6% and 7% for each plans respectively, so choosing the highest plan will make you earn larger. 2. I chose the bigger plan, and I was patient enough. 3. I increase my investment periodically. 4. I had multiple referrals, therefore withdrawals was no hassle. 5. I sold hard, gave incentives, got my capital back. To know more about instainvest.com.ng read the beginner’s guide attached here, visit the home page. I will give a N10,000 incentive to the first 10 people who will send me there account number. Update: I couldn't upload the guide here. For my offer follow this link http://www.instainvest.com.ng/investors/register.php?email=thelaw111@gmail.com send your act num to 0 8 1 09076869 (whatsapp only) after registration. Let me answer some of the frequently asked question. 1. How much can I invest? A minimum of 5k but I will recommend you go higher if you can 2. How much will I get in return? Strictly depends on how much you invest. 3. When do I get paid? Every working day 4. When can I withdraw? Anytime outside the incubation period. 5. Why is my account still not active after you transferred money to me? Every new account must make a direct deposit before it can be activated meaning this does not affect existing account. 6. Where can I find my account number? Login to your dashboard. Any other question visit the company's home page, or faq page or send them an email. Download and read the attached guide. Bless you
