Spot Brent crude oil futures, the international benchmark for oil prices, were at 70 dollars a barrel at 0102 GMT, up 4 cents from their last close.

The management of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) says female students will no longer be allowed to wear heavy makeup or hair extensions.

In a memo dated January 22, 2018, UNILORIN declared that anyone who fails to adhere to these instructions will be sanctioned according to the school’s rules and regulations.

The school said male students must not weave their hair or sag their trousers.

This sudden development is coming a few days after the Internet went wild when Nigerians ‘discovered’ that the Nollywood actress was listed among the full cast of the movie on IMDb.
