Can someone tell me why it should be so easy to collect PVC card in the North is made so easy by INEC to the extent the individual may not be present. A friend of mine who confided me confided said that several Okada riders from north in his estate he interviewed told him that they've got the cards? According to him, when he asked how, he was told that theirs relatives down home collected and sent to them.

Meanwhile here in the south those who have registered could not get, let alone those their records and names are missing. Again, I do not know, is not unlawful someone to collect for another? Because here in Lagos or any other parts of south Inec will not allow you to collect for another person even if the person is proven to be your blood relative.

Though I have not come to terms with this and have not believe it yet. Which is why I am bringing this to public domain so that everyone in this forum will look into and if any person ve heard or witnessed a similar thing he/she will let us know. So that Govt can look into it.

Mere photoshop, show us residential areas not govt facilities and monuments. FG and Nigerians are the heroes of Ebola disappearance. Period. Federal Govt provided for state. Without FG nothing happens in the State. The Minister was on top of his job. Achebe is afraid of Abians and her Ezes. He wants to control other ezes and igwes in Iboland, but he is not being accepted as such by Abia traditional rulers.
