Is this car still available for inspection and still in Alausa? I'm in Magodo GRA and I come bearing N2.3 million for this particular vehicle.

Was it bought brand new in Nigeria? If not, throw in the VIN.

The list is not so wrong considering the very top most corrupt organizations, but the problem is with the percentages. Nigeria Police is 100% corrupt. PHCN is 98% corrupt. There are also private organizations that weren't mentioned such as Oceanic Bank which is 72% corrupt.
