OVI75:So bad of them |
During the old days everybody know beggars as those who sit in a particular place and beg for help either because of health challenges or some physical disorder. And these people get the sympathy from the mass all because of their conditions. But today our youth who are mentally and physically alright have corporatise begging as occupation thereby pretending and deceiving the masses negatively. They have resort to different strategical ways of begging either as disguising as being stranded, missing wallet, couldn't reach the person they came to visit, been kicked out by their friend or relation, they have been robbed and looking for transport money home etc. These set of people who disguise as stranded are well dressed and speak fluently. Have come across hundreds of them and about 99% of it are fraud, their aim is to get money from people with sympathy and majority of people fall for this and they are all over the country. The other set of people are those who disguise as men of God. Majority of Nigerians can be cajored by religion especially christians and once you say what they want to hear you win them. These people who claim Men of God are seen in every transport service, inside molue etc. They pray before the bus moves to its destination and some pray inside the bus when moving and at the end of the prayer they must always bring that verse in the bible that quotes "sole a seed" or "giving". The most annoying thing is after the prayers you are always expected by the preacher to drop money and you see majority of people pumping in money. The question is are tell praying to get money or they are praying to win souls? My story with one of these stranded people. Yesterday 13/10/2015 I was driving towards Water lines in PH and stopped at one eatery to get food. After eating and walking to my car, this young man came to me and said "Sir I lost my wallet and my bank details are inside, I just need transport to get home and get back my bank details so I can have access to get money from my account". Due to my experience with many of them, I asked him where he lives and he said Onel, a very far place from Water line bus stop. I told him I was going towards Eleme but I don't mind dropping him in his house and taking him back to the bank so he can get back himself from there. From the expression on his face, he was so shock and surprise of my decision and the next thing that came out of his mouth was "Oga non be so oooh" and he left without saying any other word. When coming back, I still sighted him scoping a lady and I just shock my head. The question that came to my mind was, why resorting to begging when their are many skillful work you can learn to fetch you money or rather do per day job to get money. If you are a graduate and their is no work for you yet, you can start something or you learn any skill work to keep you for the main time rather than begging in the street. The problem is, their are real people who might be stranded but because of this dubious act of our youth these days people may ignore the really stranded ones. Have you had any experience with any? Share yours. Nextgovernor |
Can't you just use your reasoning faculty. |
In as much I am 99% against Buhari and his government, we should be more matured dealing with issues and criticising positively. Common bank manager wouldn't even print a paper himself not to talk of a president. This is a clear typographical error, the personal assistance on media and the typist should be questioned for not cross checking properly before printing and submitting. But if Buhari was vigilant enough he would have seen it when submitted to him after printing but sometime anyone can make that mistake. Even me and you |
I bought fuel yesterday and this morning from NNPC depot and was wondering where those guys got fuel for #57? People will be lying on obvious things that can easily be verified. |
She wan get her own share from the wardrobe allowance. lol |
It was like a scene in a comic movie as the supposedly kidnapped 24-year-old daughter of Hon. Edionwele, representing Esan Constituency, Edo State, Jessica, was found right in the bossom of her boyfriend in Lugbe, an outskirt of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Sunday evening by policemen from the command. Jessica, last Wednesday was reported to have left Ibadan, Oyo State, where she was serving, for Lagos to board an aircraft to Abuja. She was said to have landed Abuja safely but took an airport taxi that drove her away to an unknown destination. While family and friends were terribly worried for what would have befallen the young lady, she allegedly gave her father’s telephone number to her ‘abductor’, who claimed that if the honourable wanted her daughter back alive should pay a ransom. FCT Police was contacted and they went in search of the ‘missing lady’. However, yesterday evening, the search yielded the desired fruit. Not only that Jessica was found, her abductor was also arrested. THISDAY reliably gathered that Jessica collaborated with her boyfriend to extort money from her father by feigning abduction. According to a police source, Jessica on Wednesday, left Abuja airport to her boyfriend’s house in Amac, Lugbe, where they both agreed to get money from the honourable through the story of kidnap. “We got the information of where she was hiding from someone who had seen Jessica in the neighborhood and afterwards alerted the police, and both of them were seen and arrested in Lugbe”, the source said. When contacted on phone, the FCT spokesperson, Anjuguri Manza, said he was not briefed on the case. http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/kidnapped-lawmaker-s-daughter-found-with-lover/222538/ www.nairaland.com/attachments/2948473_screenshot20151011153949_jpegd805bb0bdd2fdeff004b8d4aef11a957 |
Una never see anything. lol |
lol. I customise my polo shirt and cap as "01 Wailing Wailer". The front of the shirt is boldly written "Wailing" and the back "01 Wailer". When I visited my dad he asked Son why are you wailing and I turned my back and said because I am a proud 01 Wailer. I just told him is a political group that counters the lying lairs. And he asked who is the Lying lairs and I said the APC and it's goons. lol |
Begging them for soft landing on his appointees. Is that not corruption itself. If due procedure are followed, 90% won't be approved by the Senate because of their past deeds. |
Some pastors ehhh. It still baffles me how Nigerians still fall for all these pastors with fake prophesies |
Analog ministers in Digital era. lol |
modath:I agree with you. Kayode Fayemi and Ogbonnaya Onu are technocratic thieves. Go find out about the regime of Ogbonnaya as Governor way back and thank God you must have still remember Fayemi's time who spent billions purchasing a bed. lol. Technocrat my foot. |
True talk. But the problem is when you try to say the truth they classify you as Wailing wailer. That ministerial list didn't worth the must talk and suspense. Only God will save us in this country. Change agents indeed

Tired of this ministerial noise. |
foxe:It baffles me because they there selves are not live together. |
MUSLIM are set of people who practice Islamic religion with large percentage in Asia continent and also dominate the Northern Africa and some part of the East and West Africa. Dominates the Northern Part of Nigeria and some percentage in the South west region in Nigeria. Below are some of the cohabitation chart of different religons Hindus living with Hindus ( Peace ) Christians living with Hindus ( Peace ) Buddhist living with Hindus ( Peace ) Pagans living with Hindus ( Peace ) Muslims living with Hindus ( Peace ) Buddhist living with Buddhist ( Peace ) Christian living with Buddhist ( Peace ) Hindus living with Buddhist ( Peace ) Pagan living with Buddhist ( Peace ) Muslim living with Buddhist ( Peace ) Christians living with Christians ( Peace ) Hindus living with Christians ( Peace ) Buddhist living with Christians ( Peace ) Pagans living with Christians ( Peace ) Muslims living with Christians ( Peace ) Pagans living with Pagans ( Peace ) Hindus living with Pagans ( Peace ) Christians living with Pagans ( Peace ) Buddhist living with Pagans ( Peace ) Muslims living with Pagans ( Peace ) Muslims living with muslims ( War ) Christians living with muslims ( War ) Buddhist living with Muslims ( War ) Hindus living with Muslims ( War ) Pagans living with Muslims ( War ) My fellow Nigerians, Muslims living in the southern Nigeria are very free and safe but Muslims living together in the North aren't safe and Christian living over there aren't safe in any circumstances. From the chart you can see muslims can't even co-habit together. What do muslims really want in this world? NOTE: This has nothing to do with criticism or tribalism. NextGovernor.

The celebrity governor. I go to Lagos once every month and the only change I see around since May is different pictures on every billboard which are changed constantly. I was wondering is he competing with 2 face on popularity or he has been signed by GLO as ambassador. lol To be frank he needs to step up with governance. |
Anything from Hausa man I non chop again |
Karma at work. The regions that never wanted peace in Nigeria just because GEJ from South South was ruling are now facing the consequences. Bombing in the north, their masters in the north are same time kidnapping their slaves. lol. I non mention any tribe oooo. Just observation. |
Buhari is incompetent. He hasn't even granted press statement since yesterday. We have been hearing cases of twin bombs but this case is a quadrat bomb in just one city Abuja and another in Borno and Adamawa Thursday and Friday. Is high time the army tells us the truth of who is winning the battle. RIP to the dead. |

TonyeBarcanista:lol. Their normal style. Now the APC goons will be like "She is innocent until she is found guilty by the court" but won't want to wait till Deziani and Saraki is found guilty by the court. |
He should better run for his dear life. The way police go handle am he go innocently confess as Boko haram. But people should be extremely careful what they post online especially when their identity is tag to it. |
