bymigokeph: This is so true & Kudos to NYSC. I know up to 5 persons in one Government office that bought B.Sc. from one of those Universities in Benin Republic.
The way they brag about how they can't waste time for some paper they can get without passing through the actual University system.
These people received B.Sc. in two years visiting Benin Republic only 4 times spending 7days @ each visit. Yet the programme was a full time If they can't produce an international passport with residence permit thst proves they lived in Benin during those period they claim to be schooling...NUC says its rubbish |

Novartis: NYSC Discriminates Benin Trained Graduates & Refuses To Issue Their Certificates
After one year of rigorous service, my sister a 2018 batch B, Stream 2 Corp member was not issued her certificate because she schooled in Benin Republic.
This is so sad
Why the discrimination ?
And please what is the solution to help her get her certificate. She has been crying since yesterday.
NYSC is claiming that they got information that students from Benin Republic universities did not pass through the four walls of universities and all bought their degrees. I doubt this is true, but then, how can they (NYSC) judge thousands of students who schooled in Benin Republic because of the misdeeds of a few bad eggs.
I know nothing about the buying and selling of degree certificates in Benin Republic, but what I am very sure about is that my sister went to school and have studied seriously from year 1 to her final year, with me remitting her school fees, not even to her but directly to the bank account of her institution.
Why is NYSC now causing her pains by withholding her certificate and that of thousand other foreign students after waisting one year of National service. This is not fair! Please give us advice and help us create awareness.
Mods Front Page please Please what is the name of the University? |

It says it is being removed from lagos market to other parts of the country. So it could still be produced at other NBC plants. ILORIN inclusive Madam Kemi needs to calm down and stop gaslighting us. To succeed in your home building project in Nigeria, you as an Individual will have to be smart. Most abandoned projects you see all around the country were started on very good footing. Most people counted the cost as it were, but fell victim to fraudulent bricklayers, tradesmen and sometimes quite unfortunately, trusted relatives who by their greed and deceit ensured they made extra cash from an unwary homebuilder's limited finances ..
So for starters, learn to 'cut your coat according to your cloth'. Whether or not you have a lot of cash at the ready, it is wise to break down the project into several stages. Assuming you already have a piece of land that has the proper documents, you could break down the building stages into 10 stages.

The last 3 days were worse. I spent those entire days in bed, rolling from side to side. The weather was cold and rainy, I was too scared to take my okada outside; one careless slip could be disastrous. One could get injured, worst still, one could injure someone because the ground is slippery from frequent rains.
Despair is beginning to creep in. It is now 8 months since I lost my job. Spent the entire weekend slaving for my boss at his country home in his hometown. I didn't suspect anything. I managed to pay my way back to the city, now dead broke, only to get to work the following morning by 7 am and be denied entry. It all looked like a sick joke then.
Tried calling the boss, emailing..I got no reply.
