The rule is any aircraft flying to a destination must have enough fuel to reach atleast three alternative destinations. (For abuja it is either minna, kaduna or jos)
Secondly how did the pessengers know about the communication between the captain and the control tower?
Commercial licensed Captain dont take command from any passenger even if he is the owner of the aircraft. He must liased with the ground controller
Military drills are very dangerous to civillian aircrafts. Because fighter jets have a very high maneuvering ability which civillian aircrafts dont have. During drills a fighter jet will leave maiduguri airport and take only 15 minutes to reach sokoto airport (personal observation)

To the SS there will be an inroad for APC. And to some Extent the SE. Traditionally these two zones always identify with the party in power.
Also the strictness of the voting procedure will make rigging extremely difficult. And PDP always rely on security/INEC connivance since 1999 which will not be so forthcoming this time around.
Why are we having voter turnout of less than 30% since 2015? Because the voter register is highly bloated by fake registers, and on election date this fake multiple registered voters cannot vote more than once. That is the reason for apparent voters apathy, the real voters come out to vote (70% or more real voters) but still they cant be upto 40% registered in that respective polling unit.
Before what PDP used to do is just fill in the record of those missing voters. Now no party can succeed in doing this

Buhari's second tenure is going to be very aggressive in terms of fighting corruption. Many politicians will be victims of the campaign.
By 2023 political office will be less attractive because the criminally funds will be severely cut and monitored by respective security apparatus.
