From the above piece. The bold shows they are dealing with them hard and the capital word is saying they will improve on their efficiency.
Are we expecting him to say they will do less? Atleast he is talking to his troops on the frontline are those troops on picnic? Anybody knew those military are engaging the criminals at every possible contact. This is guerilla war. Criminals melt with the local population and how can you differentiate criminal from innocent villager? They dont have uniform or specific position that can be targeted. They are always on the move. They also choose their target without any modus operandi. So it is by intelligent by the local villagers that military can reach them at the point of their criminality and engaged them. Now add the problem of informers in the villages what did you have?

Why the hate?
There are professors in their 30s. Now does that mean the ASUU FUTO are not members of ASUU? He was elevated by the institution run by same ASUU. They kick in and form a team to investigate, now after the investigation they are rejecting the recommendation of their team they are to form another team? If this is not vindictive then what is?

Lighting is an multiple impulse signal of magnitude 30 million voltages and 30,000 Amps current. If you are a student of electrical engineering you know what just 10 amps going through your body by 240v at a fraction of a second is enough to kill you instantly.
I repeat there is no way lightning can go through a small mirochips environment like phone and that phone to ever work again. It is impossible. And there is no way lightining can touch a body without any burning sign on the skin at least at the area of contact.

that lightning didn't go through you or your phone man. there is no way the phone will ever work after receiving just normal 220v from the socket in your house not to talk of lightning that is sometimes in the range of 1 million volts. the highest transmission towers from power stations in Nigeria carry only 330 kv and you can even hear the sound of it going through the cable at some distance away not to talk of 3x that.
what you have is panic attack not anything from the lightning. all the same go to hospital and check out your blood pressure and heart echo tests.

No two people can have the same fingerprints

I am telling you what happens to me with location and time frame and you are still claiming it doesnt happen.
For years i kept these two voters cards but unfortunately i lost them i would have uploaded them here.
There was never a time where fingeeprint of the whole world was captured and matched to know that no 2 different fingerprints matched.
This is all hypothesis which can never be proven by any scientific method but can only be assumed

Forget that assumption. Even in the west fingerprint is not the ultimate proof. When the detectives successfully extracted complete fingerprint from crime scene they run it on the criminals database. It will show multiple people in the search they will now zero in on those possibly within the vicinity of the crime at the time the crime was committed and bring them in for questioning. Lets assume a crime was committed in Lagos at 7pm and the search brings 18 criminals. Out of the 18, 3 are in Sokoto , 2 in maiduguri, 7 are in jail already, 2 in adamawa detention center, 1 is in porthacourt 2 are in lagos while 1 is in ogun. The police will now bring in those 2 that are in Lagos for questioning and possibly the one from ogun. So the suspects will be those 3 due to their vicinity with the crime scene at the time of the crime. this us how it works not that the computer will just show one person when searched.
Also scientifically is there any time where all human beings in the world where fingerprinted and proven that no 2 people have same curls, whorls and pit pattern? It is just an assumption which was never proven with certainty.
Also look at the area under consideration (thumb) and analyse how many thousands of patterns are posible on that small area? Now imagine more than 4 billion people having different shapes of fingerprint

I had an experience back in 2010 when registering people for voters card.
Two different people come to my registration point at folawiyo farms gate, Oyo. they have the same fingerprint but they are two different people, in fact it I later found out that they are father and son but having same fingerprint.
the father was 70+ years while the son is about 40 years, so two people can really have the same fingerprint

check her date of birth on her bvn record .
then go into her profile and edit her info. make sure you put the correct date of birth on her bvn into the date of birth on the profile, update her local government of origin and residence upload all documents uploaded when registering upload her passport then submit.
after the update is successful then go and press download ppa then update her bvn and account. if successful it will tell you to go to so so location for physical verification

A question for thought.
If the borders are as porous as claimed who will pay 20k to move 1 AK47 through a distance of less than 10 km?
Yes it is true that there are hundreds of illegal entries but the security agencies and border patrols are really trying with limited capabilities they have to secure these entries.
No single country can secure its border 100%. Even USA/Mexico border that was highly walled The smuggling is still ongoing. Yes the customs, immigration and police needs to up their game. But we know it is a very large expense of land. Nigeri/Niger border is more than 1600 km in length. If you want to understand what this means from Sokoto to Lagos by road is just 960 km. Now imagine a distance of almost 2x sokoto to lagos. And all this distance is bush/ mountain/rivers not paved road. How can you secure it? This is just Niger border, what about Benin border, cameroon border, chad border with Nigeria?
The bitter truth is even 2 million border personnel cannot secure our borders with our neighbours. the only solution is collaboration between communities along the border with security agencies. but those at the borders are benefitting financially from these criminalities. So what should be the solution?

The venue in your local government is one of the following:
1. The local goverment office of your posting.

3. NYSC office of your local government.
If you dont know your venue i will advise you should look for anybody in your local government that has venue and go to that venue.
In the case of you dont know anybody. First go to local government office. Most likely it is the venue. Even if it is not they will direct you to the right venue.

*certificate
*NYSC certificate/exemption if available
*local government indigene
*PPA posting letter if you have downloaded it earlier. If not take not of your npower id. That is your number that starts with NPWR/2020/........

Just prepare all your originals and go with them
