Slaughtered for what? This is Nigeria and not some Muslim nation, and I believe we practice democracy to some extent and freedom of speech is one of her fundamental human rights. She's not even from the north and not bound by whatever law they have there. I agree, saying such was completely out of line but I don't understand why y'all are blowing it out of proportion. This is why we non-northerners/muslims are getting trampled on and cheated of our rights as fellow Nigerians. No religion/region is superior to the other and all have equal rights. I weep for my country...

What is wrong washing undies outside? I can wash mine outside but I won't spread them out to dry(for personal reasons). But if she feels comfortable enough to wash and spread themoutside so what?
