How on Earth Would students pay such funds to a public School like Abia State University Uturu Where the main Aim of creating State Universities was for the purpose of making education access easy for the people of the state the Worst part about it is that Both Non Indigene and the Indigenes of the state pays same fee which suppose not to be so the newly admitted students of this University Acceptance fee hike price is unbelievable ranging from 60-120 thousand naira respectively
