Miredo: IRCC requested for only reference letter in a particular format. People include bank statement of their free will in order to sleep at night, so it's not very necessary. But if you want to include it and you were paid in cash, you can submit cash salary certificate. If the private company has an online presence and can be verified, there's really no need. I learned from other people's advice to keep your application as simple as possible to avoid unnecessary hassles and background checks From your last sentence, are you saying it's not necessary to include bank statement so the application will be as "simple as possible'' ? |

Prettiepearlz: You care to tell how he willed all his property to you and his bank accounts? And as for giving them something, you call giving them the funds in his accounts which for all we know may be nothing compared to all you are in possession of as sharing? Dude you sound greedy and I mean no disrespect. And is this willing legal and not by mouth willing because you are in possession of the documents? Even if it's legal, you should have at least given some out for your own good but no, you want to take it all. Enjoy the billing, because it's just about to start, they won't stop. Hi@ prettiepearlz, pls I wanted to seek some advice from you on the ACCA F1 to F3 but seems that thread has some issues at the moment. How much did you pay for both registration and examination? Were you given materials and past questions? Any idea of when registration will be on for next badge? Pls feel free to reply via email too brunnbrun@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance. |

Prettiepearlz: I believe you studied a science course so you are not exempted from any if that's is the case you. So yes you are doing all three. ACCA, CIMA, BCS or any short course is for people with only Bsc to claim two or more certificates. What's your highest level of education? Hi, between ACCA, CIMA and NACETEM which do you recommend in terms of lesser time consumption and cost. Secondly how much is CIMA and ACCA? |

Properties › Re: Buying A House Or Building From Scratch: Which Is Cheaper? by Nickxander11(m): 4:30pm On Dec 28, 2020 |
BUYING A HOUSE. Pros:
-Readily available just like when you feel hungry and you decide to eat outside.
-No headache from area boys, omonile etc that comes during construction.
-No delivery delays or disappointments unless you are buying via 3D(can happen when you buy from a greedy and unorganized developer).
-More chances of acquiring a property in any developed area of your choice provided you have the funds unlike when you want to build, you might not get lands/space in those areas as they have all been bought or developed.
-Asthetically Nice you know the saying that eyes eat before the mouth, so when it gets to finishing, they do a superb work in terms of beauty!
Cons: -More Expensive as the developer would want to make gains(it's like a trade, they add good profits to cost of construction)
-You might be disappointed by the sizes of rooms as they tend to be small these days.
-Most of those houses are not as strong and stable as the ones you build yourself as they would want to cut corners and use 1:4:8,1:5:10 or worse instead of 1:2:4, 1:1:5:3 for reinforced concrete and 12mm for columns instead of 16mm and 10mm for suspended slabs/decking instead of 12mm. Also they don't mind using water from gutter or canal instead of clean water to cast concrete as this can mess up your reinforcements and concrete. Note; it happens in both buying and building yourself but you have the opportunity to control and stop any rubbish when you are building yourself/ from the scratch)
-Most likely to be furnished or finished with inferior materials.
BUILDING FROM SCRATCH. Pros: -Cheaper than buying.
-You have opportunities to make changes that suits your taste(rooms sizes, storey heights etc. You can tweak the asthetics too!)
-You have chances to ensure you get best value for your money(refer to 3rd and 4th points in cons of buying).
Cons -Takes more time and get ready to be stressed out.(you are investing your sweat so it's worth the stress.
-Be ready for omonile and area boys headache (just keep their money and ensure you settle the right hands)
-You are in a mess when your contractor is not deligent and in hot soup if he is not trustworthy and in deep Shit if he's quack! Shine your eyes when selecting one.
-You are likely to be affected by unforseen inflation. Note: Construction is not cheap so endeavour to plan properly most especially in areas of cost when you want to build from scratch as inflation is hitting the industry really hard.
My advice: if you have time and energy I advise you build yourself/from scratch as you will learn alot but don't forget to shine your eyes and seek professional advice too.
Then,if you don't mind spending more, you can buy already built but make thorough investigation in their QA/QC procedures.
Finally, if you are not sure of the asthetics of 3d designs when you want to build from scratch as some structures might not be exactly the same with their 3d due to variations, make out time to check already developed areas with fantastic structures then work with any design you find satisfying. |

Kekereekun123: https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled this has been explained in the page one of this thread. The occupation is not in demand so pnp will be hard or impossible. Your options are second degree as in page 1 of that link plus french if your crs is still low. There are also over 140000 people in the express entry pool looking for ways to increase scores. So its survival of the fittest. Thanks so much for this,I have made a research and have chosen to go for nacetem. Pls I want to ask, during ECA do I have to evaluate both my BSC and NACETEM PGD with WES or evaluate either NACETEM or BSC? |

Good Evening all, I recently developed cold feet about migrating to Canada because of how hard it is to get a high CRS score without MSc(thought of going for masters then I remembered ASUU wahala and also the certificate might not be ready when I need it and if I decide to wait till I get it then I probably will have to write IELTS again). I decided to seek advice and guidance from the seniors in the house that succeed in the journey as i intend kick-starting the process by January. I have BSC and 3 years+ of work experience but I discovered that even if I make the highest score in IELTS I still won't be able to reach CRS cut-off so I included getting TEF which I seriously hope I pass as I will be learning French from scratch.
I have made up my mind to write TEF(the fear of not passing this in one sitting as I will be learning French from scratch give me cold feet) first while doing ECA, then IELTS and if I still don't reach CRS cut-off then I will explore PNP option. So I want to ask if my decision is okay and how effective is PNP(I am in the construction sector,a Quantity Surveyor)? Also what else(except masters) would you advice I include in my plans that will help increase my CRS score. Thanks in advance. |

Joshmuch: Du courage! However, guys let me share one of the tips I was given in my French school: Spread your efforts. C2 parallel, C1 parallel are all good & noble if you can.A B2 parallel is superior to C1/C2s with one B1 or low B2 which will spoil the result. So guys, let's learn to spread our efforts to cover all the modules. You did brilliantly but you have only 15 pts. Just refresh, refire and try again. All the best !!!!! Hi, which french school did you register with and what is their cost of coaching for people that want to learn French from the scratch? |
