Thescienceprof:If I had not read through the comments, I would have repeated your question word for word. You spoke my mind. Just as Daddy Freeze is putting some pastors on their toes, MURIC should look inwards and condemn atrocities such as this and not fighting over frivolities - hijab, public holidays, naira notes, etc. Now look at the title of the post 'Islamic Teacher' The man no get name? |
I understand how that guy feels. Some women can endure hell just to walk down the aisle and after that, they feel they have arrived. He might be wrong in this case though. Please let me have the girl's number, I can help you ascertain whether she is real or not |
Good All these electricity distribution companies are bunch of ineffective monopolies that need serious competition to brace up |
MURIC..... Any organization known only for issuing useless statements. Even Saudi Arabia uses the Gregorian calendar for payment of rents and salaries of workers because the Islamic calendar has shorter days in a month. Prof Akintola cannot be more Islamic than Saudi Arabia |
I'll advice the government to ignore them and counter their lies with SACRED FACTS AND TRUTH. The clamp down on radio biafra made it more popular. The same mistake should not be repeated with the Boko Haram sect. But can a government of lies actually counter another set of lies? Maybe that's why a forceful clamp down will be the only option. |
CarlosTheJackal:She has been kissing those lips for decades. But the picture don old na. |
It's the holiday season. Let them enjoy |
Hope Alpha Beta Consortium was well taken care of in the budget. |
When will this grass cutter be prosecuted? Im crime and Dino own, which one don tay pass? |
Those who claimed that Baga had fallen to Boko Haram provided pictures as evidence and this unknown organization claiming the contrary said that they INTERVIEWED UNKNOWN SOURCES!!!!! Na wa |
Dino should enjoy the CHANGE he helped shove down our throats in 2015. There are certainly consequences for EVERY ACTION. He was the most clownish during the 2015 electioneering campaigns. It beats my imagination how such a man with all his theatrics could easily return to his vomit. Why does he have to involve God now? He should surrender biko. At least the judiciary is still there for him to seek redress - that is if the police will obey court orders this time. |
straighttalk:Politicians hardly speak figuratively. Ask Alh Lai Mohammed. They usually pass off their overconfidence as FACTS. |
PassingShot:Please don't mislead people. The ENUGU ONITSHA expressway you posted is a fraud. The snapped different portions of the road. The failed portion is still there.
|
MURIC is a human rights organization only visible through UNWANTED PRESS STATEMENTS. Muslims are marginalized by public holidays because it has Christian connotation but are SUPER COMFORTABLE loosing thousands of their brethren to extra judicial military actions. If that's what human rights activism mean to MURIC and the many supporting it on this thread, then it's unfortunate. |
contigiency:How many politicians do you know that defect based on principles There is indeed no difference between stupidity and blind followership. When Kalu left PDP to PPA and back to PDP, what were his reasons? On the topic of defection, I respect people like TINUBU, BUHARI, SULE LAMIDO, among other who have remained consistent. Not Kalu |
Kalu is an attention seeker Pure and simple |
Bloooody:I dey tell you We are so divisive even up to family level, especially in polygamous homes |
Was the video shot before or after Baga town fell to the insurgents? |
na levelz now. the old man brought CBN office to his house, just like when you invite a barber to your house for home service. I bet you comprehend now. [i]the sturv that baffles me the most and of course outrightly perplexing is how these cabalise cabals manage to pocket both the money and 'common sense' of majority of Nigerians now known as 'zombies' still defending em', very unfortunate actually.
|
Gandollar:Lol |
At least Osibanjo didn't fry akara or cut kpomo in the market. |
malagu:Over the years, through interaction at the Council of State, Shagari and I came to understand and appreciate each other - Buhari President Muhammadu Buhari has once again paid tribute to the late President Shehu Shagari and directed that the National Flag and other Flags should fly at half-mast in Military and Para-Military formations as well as public buildings for three days, starting from December 30. In a statement personally signed by him, Buhari declared: “The late President represented almost the last link with the government of our founding fathers under Abubakar Tafawa Balewa. He was also the first elected President of Nigeria. “The late Shagari was a man of many parts: teacher, local authority Administrator, Politician, Minister, and finally President. He served his country with dedication and moderation. “Over the years, through interaction at the Council of State, he and I came to understand and appreciate each other, whatever the differences we may have had in the past. “On behalf of the Federal Government, myself and family, I send my condolences to the people of Nigeria, particularly to the late President’s family and the government and people of Sokoto State. May his soul rest in peace.” Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto, had declared Monday, December 31 a public holiday to enable residents offer special prayers for the repose of the soul of Shagari, who died at the age of 93 and has since been buried in his home town according to Islamic rites. |
Did you apologize to him during his lifetime? If the system had been working, you should have been history by now for overthrowing a legitimate government |
That's good. Good things are coming from Uyo of late |
Then don start. I implore INEC to stand their ground and resist the pressure. We know where that is coming from and we pray that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Nigeria's nascent democracy. |
This is one of those reasons why civil military relationships will continue to go sour. The army should be 'DERADICALISED' on the unfortunate mindset of seeing us as BLOODY CIVILIANS. The ones in sambisa are seeking our prayers while the ones on the street are seeking our destruction. It's sad |
Nice update and quite educative too |
The previous corrupt government known for performance built the stadium that the 'saints' gathered in for their campaign. The current 'righteous' government known for excuses said that there was no money to build another one or anything else for that matter. To make matters worse, so 'UNCOMMON TRANSFIRMERS' under the previous corrupt government have 'repented' to join the BLAME GAME REGIME OF EXCUSES AND LIES. To help your ministry my brother, vote neither the performers nor the 'excusers' but vote BIG. Use your PVC to BUILD INNOVATE and GROW Nigeria. |
Remember what they said about those living in glass houses. Buhari fired the first shot and Atiku responded with a hat trick. If the system was actually working, Atiku would have been a prisoner or maybe an ex convict, while buhari would have been history. Either way, none of them would have been bothering our lives now |
Any reporter that tries that in Nigeria will be tagged a PDP mole. God help the reporter that he is not from the FORBIDDEN ZONE - the South East, les he be arrested and tagged an IPOB terrorist. Anyways, such cannot happen under the present dispensation because our prefers foreign media to local ones. Bottomline: it's impossible |
Your write-up is spot on but you cannot rule out the frosty civilian - military relationship in this scenario. Most civilians see soldiers as inhuman entities that are out to oppress them at the slightest opportunity. Aside from the various allegations against them on the social media by victims of their brutality, the recent reports by Amnesty International, which they are trying hard to suppress also bears testimony to these issues That's why it's sometimes funny when they seek our understanding and sympathy in the fight against insurgency. Be that as it may, patriotic Nigerians will continue to celebrate the efforts of our gallant troops irrespective of the bad eggs among them. Those close to them should PLEASE ENLIGHTEN them to know that those BLOODY CIVILIANS are also human beings like them. |
Lai Mohammed once described Boko Haram attacks as 'the last kicks of a dying horse having been severely degraded. ' According to him, the resort to attacking 'soft taegets" - innocent civilians in the markets, churches and mosques - was a sign of defeat and a desperate attempt on the part of the terrorists to 'instill fear in the people.' We need another analysis of the recent trend of the terrorists attacking soldiers not just on the road by laying ambush, but taking the fight to their base. Lai Mohammed over to you Left for me, I suspect that the 'dying horse' might have been revived. |
