raumdeuter: It all depends on where you worked and the experience. Engineering will be different from IT and from accounting
Form stories about what you did in your past project
E.g 1. The first question can be structured like you were the team lead on this project with 7 team members. You had a kickoff meeting where every members responsibility and task was clearly defined, You ensured continuous communication by havng a stand up meeting for 30 minutes each morning where every member communicates their achievement till date, their goals for the day and challenges. The challenges if its a roadblock you as the team lead took it on to approach management for it(If its about getting stuff from client), If its a knowledge gap you found someone in the team to teach
You had timelines you have to finish each task and also how much hours to be spent to avoid going over budget. All these ensured your project was delivered on time, to clients specification tested and on budget
2. My above example has given how you approached it. E.g on an IT project you have a team member who was struggling with writing some codes, You reviewed his initial code, reffered him to some online training materials to go through over the weekend the monday you went through the code written and debugged it with him Standup should be 15 minutes max. And it would make more sense if he was reviewing test script against captured acceptance criteria instead of sitting down with a developer to debug his code( I've never seen that happen before) |

UrennaNkoli: Any defender apart from cahill to lead our defence next season is highly welcome I still agree with this in principle but that gif of Rudiger in dadubule mode has eroded my conviction slightly. EPL is full of disrespectful wingers and fullbacks. Ibime: Nah Rudiger can defend. This is an anomaly. My only koko is whether he is comfortable on the ball like you need in a back three. I know he can throw long passes but I doubt he can give-I-give like Azpi and them to help the two man midfield. The Germany game I watched, I saw that he was a decent defender and he's quite good on the ball, but mehn that gif of the guy sweeping the street like papoose no follow o. I trust that he will never be exposed like that in a 343 sha |

sinizia: Pogba wasn't sold coz SAF couldn't stand Raiola, though; he just got fed up that in a match where we had no DM and he's in the line-up, SAF used a defender, Rafael as a DM. He got angry and refused to sign a contract with us though Raiola also convinced him to look elsewhere but it's SAF that caused it all.
I'll say Shelsea lost a huge talent in Lukaku and KDB, but Salah's case is different. Not like he went on to become a huge star like Lukaku or KDB. Then, I've seen some Chelsea fans making a case for Mourinho on KDB matter unto say Mourinho had no choice coz those bought then were bigger stars than KDB and Mourinho couldn't afford to bench the likes of Oscar. Lukaku's case is where Mourinho should be blamed 100% because those ahead of him were quiet useless as of then sef. Again neither one if those reasons is because someone was not good enough. |

sinizia:

He killed a lot of talents for Shekpe. But Coaches are humans and are bound to make mistake. Pogba is one of Ferguson's mistakes, even Jaap Stam too. Pogba was sold because Ferguson could not stand raiol. Stam was not sold because he lacked talent. Jose is the only person that sold almost half a billion pounds worth of talent and managed to convince fans it's because they were not good enough. That individual deserves a lot of credit for what he achieved at Chelsea. He also deserves a slap. |

Conte is probably already organising a bevy of Oloshos to service Costa throughout pre-season.
He is not a fool. He knows right now that we need Costa more than he need us. |

The real tragedy here is that we spent 33m on a striker nobody trusts to lead the line for us if Costa leaves and we fail to sign a replacement
What a terrible waste of money |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Nihilist: 10:38am On Jul 08, 2017 |
nateevs: Not all of them stayed silent. Some have been consistent, based on facts that are very easy to observe. You will expect up to 95% of teams in the PL to line up against Everton thinking they can win. Therefore, no one's going into those games parking 11 men behind the ball.
Conversely, you will expect the crudest of tactics against Chelsea. Constant annoying sh1t like man-marking Hazard, 13 men behind the ball etc. Do I see Lukaku constantly playing in a packed opposition back-line, where clever movements, swift one-twos, flicks and tricks are required to unlock these defence lines and score goals? The answer is a flat NO! There is nothing as yet about Lukaku to convince me that he possesses this in his locker.
And I cannot for the life of me understand why this is not so clear. Danny Murphy has not considered this in his analysis. And I can understand not every pundit has what it takes to analyse from a big-team perspective.
I really wish Lukaku good but please not at Chelsea. Certainly not at £65m. 23-year-old with 144 career goals in the PL. How many 23-year-olds can boast of such record at this age? None! True.
However, this is the sort of scenario you see Real & Barcelona going to war over, with agents all over his family members, offering deals to anyone, and flirting with him publically in the press, just to get the new sensation to their grounds. I see none of that happening. Alarm bells!
Where are Bayern, PSG, Monaco, United, City, Arsenal, Liverpool..... All those who should be all over this chap who was breaking records at 21? Nowhere near.
And the reason is very clear to see. The flaw in Lukaku is greater than the sum of all good he brings to the game. EOS! 80m Selective retention Blah blah |

nateevs: Most of the Lukaku fans don't judge Lukaku based on the likes of today's game. They wait until he scores. I repeat again, this a potential colossal waste of some £65m. Abi wetin dem dey quote.
If we have £65m to spend, why don't we go after Mbappe? Sell Batman and promote Tammy. Reportedly bid 80m |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Nihilist: 10:26am On Jul 08, 2017 |
nateevs: It's selective retention bruv. This is what happens when the media sides with an agenda one has. You find people select the reporting that sides with their belief, and ignore the reporting from the same outlets that reported earlier counter-arguments.
No one is asking this morning why we repeatedly bid £80m earlier this year and now we are matching United's £75m. It does not make sense.
Definitely, at least one of these stories is completely false. Which reinforces my point, no one had a clue.
If we are matching £75m as at today, what did we bid before? Why was that figure not reported? Or are we matching £75m this morning because we never bid before? How come we never bid before? This deal was reportedly signed, sealed and delivered. We bid between 55m and 65m last year sir. Do you want me to dig your old posts regarding that as well? |

To me I knew lukaku is not coming to Chelsea the day he addressed he has agreed a deal "with a premier league club that will play in UCL" I don't believe Chelsea matched man utd offer. That was a ploy to keep man utd on their toes to accelerate the deal.. Bbc don't make money from sales. They don't even show advert bruv. |

nateevs: Word has it that it is Emenalo who is trying to sign him, not Conte. So I don't support in entirety that "Chelsea" are after him.
From everything we've seen in the press, there is little to nothing to suggest Conte is even interested so don't be surprised to see Lukaku in Everton next season and you guys will be here still, telling us why he is hotter than all strikers. Conte was not interested. It was Emenalo ringing Lukaku everyday to discuss tactics.

nateevs: As much as I will like to gloat my brother, I maintained from day one that we were never in for him. It was a very difficult stance to maintain given the flurry of fake news abound but nonetheless, an easy one to make if you have watched Conte's football for 10 mins.
Now the media is saying United beats Chelsea to it, to save face. When in actual fact, they never had a clue.
So we didn't dodge a bullet bro. Bullet never even left chamber, let alone heading our way.
Now we can concentrate on building the club with technically astute players, not jam-body, jigbi jagba suntin.

Morata is not a striker. Lukaku will make my blood boil each time and ... Costa is just a thug, a ban magnet and sometimes makes Suarez look like Jesus.
That said, I agree with LordFalcao, there is no title winning coach on earth that will play Lukaku ahead of Costa. The numbers don't lie but we don't see the Bayerns, Barcelonas, Juves, Madrids trying to sign Lukaku. Dem no sabi count? Chai! |

At the age of 21 no one knew Zidane. At 22 Drogba wasnt playing top flight football while players like Nii Odartey lamptey, Godwin Okpara were predicted to become WPOTY
Martial has a football sense and ability that is way above his age even though Lukaku has the advantage of starting earlier, I see Martial going further

Perhaps you can show us the average ratings of Hazard vs Martial since they played same position.
Lukaku in all his glory is in the market no club with ambition send am. Like some asked you does it mean the scouts cannot count? That is to show he's mediocre @ best . Even Rashford will not last 2 weeks in the market. |
