Oga...this aint the case. in a lot of these places i mentioned...the malls are not being charged. its part of the public services rendered by telecoms companies. it is called Wifi UAE in Dubai...the two telecoms operators in Dubai...etisalat and Du have been mandated to provide it. Du has over 200 free wifi sots in the city. Etisalat too...please take time to read the links below if you doubt me. That the same is not in UK doesn't mean what i said is not accurate.
