Lets just act like Arsenal aren't adopting the Chelsea game plan they have so vehemently complained about in the past. And even then, they still can't get it right... |
AdeLaNa1:I actually know this guy for this pic. ![]() His name is Femi Kusa and lives in Cyprus Really random to see him in a Meme |
Arsenal have PLAYED in the UCL for 17 years consecutively. In that time,United,Liverpool and Chelsea have all WON it. Facts only. |
sinizia:Speaking of Mertersacker, did you see his post match interview? They asked Per who was clearly close to tears if Arsenal could go to Nou Camp and get a result. He took a deep sigh and said "I think we should focus on the league for now" ![]() That's why his name rhymes PERfectly with muthafucker |
Arsenal can still go and win 3-0 at Nou Camp They always know how to do it away... |
sinizia:It's no surprise that his nickname is Hollowman.... And no it has nothing to do with Holloway Road |
Wenger is just predictably mediocre... DJ please give me Future -Low Life Wenger keeps repping for the lowlives everywhere |
Oxlade Na fool though.... |
raumdeuter:Nice try....but You haven't proven jack. All you've tried to do is discount one piece of evidence...but nobody built their case solely on the biodata page for the foxes website... We've submitted several different sources all calling Okazaki a striker.... Sorry old man, but that won't wash here... |
raumdeuter:I am at home now... Maybe When I hit you with the stats you go gba Kamu Okazaki only drops deep to defend....If this makes him a 10, then every winger who ever tracked back should be called a full back |
raumdeuter:But Barca didnt list Pique as a midfielder |
raumdeuter:Obviously Macsherano plays as a centreback for Barca...that bit was never in question. That response was to explain to you why Barca still lists Javier Macsherano as a midfielder despite the fact that he has played in as a defender for them for several years Javier in is own words explains that he is often in the same line as Busqueys whilst performing his primary defensive duties. That's why Barca call him a midfielder, and why he sees himself as a midfielder...because he essentially plays as a midfielder with license to drops deeper as opposed to a centreback who steps forward. It's important to make this distinction because I'm sure you agree that Javier is a defensive player. What Javier just told you is that during his primary assignment(Defending) he starts off at the same line as Busquets but drops deeper as required When a centreback steps into midfield, that is is an offensive and secondary action. That explains why David Luiz who steps into midfield regularly is not regarded as a midfielder. The same thing can be said about Okazaki...in his primary assignment(Attacking) he is in the same line with Vardy...and only drops down to undertake a secondary defensive assignment. And that's the difference between Vardy and and a 10...because even during a 10's primary offensive assignment, he still sits behind the striker... |
Pataki:If you like pull all your cloth and howl at the moon... Una must chop am tonight... The question is just 'how many' |
raumdeuter:It's like Apollo dey your eye. Barca say Macsherano is a midfielder. Macsherano also tells you he is a midfielder who drops deeper. What is the discrepancy? |
raumdeuter:Here's why "Being a centre-back for Barça is not like being a centre-back for any other team,” he explains. “The areas you inhabit are very similar to those I’d inhabit playing in midfield. Often, in terms of where we press, Busquets and I are practically in the same line. If you make me defend in my area the whole time, then obviously I’m going to suffer because of my physical stature, but we don’t. The [biggest] thing that changes is that I receive the ball facing the pitch, not with my back to the play.” Mascherano once insisted that the 90 minutes are for suffering, all the more so as a defender, but now he says: “I enjoy it.” Time, then, to do away with the idea of Mascherano-the-makeshift-centre-back? Not exactly. Asked if it annoys him to be treated like a man out of position, a supposed weak line well into his sixth season, 13 trophies later, he responds: “No, because I still see myself as a midfielder.” - Javier Macsherano |
raumdeuter:See this wily rogue ![]() The only person really wrong here is you. Afterall one can play up front as a striker but have a different role. e.g Giroud is target man striker, Aguero is more like a Shadow Striker,etc.... Fact is they're both strikers. Fact is that Aguero occasionally drops very deep to get the ball...especially when he's playing with Bony...but not even you would dare call him a 10. Dude just admit you goofed....We know you're clever and knowledgeable but everyone makes the occasional mistake... |
raumdeuter:OK what? ![]() |
raumdeuter:Egbon e dake jare! I've just been looking at you and laughing. The other guys saying Okazaki is a supporting striker clearly don't watch Leicester play. I do cos they are my second team. Okazaki does not support anything. Shinji and Jaimie both work the channels and Mahrez drifts central to play almost as a false 10 with Albrighton staying wide left. You can only say Shinji is a 10 if he's tasked with creating...he isn't and so he doesn't. The fact that he has created less chances than Vardy AND the entire midfield four of Mahrez, Kante, Drinkwater and Albrighton proves this. If you actually even bother to watch The Foxes, you'd see that Vardy tends to drift wider leaving Shinji to occupy central areas. The vast majority of Vardy's goals have come from him running on to long balls from wide areas. When Leicester defend, they drop into to compact banks of 4 with Vardy drifting right again and Shinji marking central. So please cool the b.s. I'm on my phone right now, but if you want me to give you heatmaps, I will. Stop embarrassing yourself oga |

FBS:I nor know Wetin you and nateevs dey talk. Everybody knows that I don't brawl myself. I promote and not even on this thread. I'm still in mourning abeg... I mean just look at this unnecessary violence: " You are like a failed Aba made Ramdueter with worse of his bad part and none of the good part. If DAYO mess, you will poo If he coughs, you will get tuberculosis If he holds his breath, you will get Asthma But If DAYO buys a car,you will buy the spare tyre and stickers and claim dual ownership If he bleeps a girl, you will lay the bed and buy the condom and claim you did it together" Is this right? Is this right for God's sake? |
Dadehmola:As in! Never mind killing ants with a sledgehammer. That was like lining up a firing squad with nuclear bombs instead of rifles. Bigkesh is just a savage. |
FBS:I was convinced that A40 was merely injured and not dead, until I read this ".....If you are tired of your faded existence just climb up to your level of ignorance and jump down to your IQ's level" A40 is dead bro. He is now an ex-A40. The man we used to know has been sent up for judgement. May the good lord have mercy on his soul... |
bigkesh:With gratitude to God for a life well spent, and total submission to the will of God,we announce the call to glory of our friend and brother, Monseiur A40 esq who passed away after a brief encounter with a rather big and caustic kesh. He is survived by his aquaintance,Raumdeuter We've even picked the message for his gravestone: Here lies the body of A40 Whose face we'll see no more For what he thought was H2O Was H2SO4 Adieu old friend...RIP till we meet again |
nateevs:I've been travelling all day so I'm not watching the game |

JackBizzle:I don know say na you by your writing style. Depends on when you dey around.I work in London but I don't live in city. I'm out of contract by the end of April. If I'm in contract and in London when you're around, I can meet up for a drink or something |
JackBizzle:For Chics, Sweden. The chics there are just pure filth. And I don't think I ever saw an ugly Swede...and they seem to love Blacks. For Culture, Italy...Florence in particular. Absolutely loved it there. For partying, Prague and Berlin are also good options, but I've only been on stag dos, so I don't know what the solo waka is like. I've heard Paris is also pretty bumping... |
airmark:If you remember his coquettish antics before he signed for us, you won't be surprised. He literally flirted with all the big clubs very publicly Dude was still liking Madrid related posts on Insta earlier this same season. It's nothing new bro. Hazard is that girl Kiss Daniel sang about - You brought her to the club but somebody else took her home. |
lekkie073:So what exactly does that post 'Prove'? |
nateevs:It doesn't matter whether they excelled at Chelsea or not. The principle remains. Torres was an excellent footballer until something snapped in his mind. It wasn't necessarily that he lacked pace after injuries. It wasn't that he lacked technique. Those don't explain this. https://i56.tinypic.com/ddjlf8.gif or this To me, Hazard is looking like he's going down that Torres route, though down a slightly different path Physically he's fine....mentally though? He clearly has issues with commitment to the cause. He's been criticised for his attitude by 2 Belgium managers in a row. He's been publicly castigated by Jose and now by Guus. All have been for the same reason. His seeming lack of commitment. There's clearly something wrong there that would explain his drastic drop in performance and his shameless flirting with other clubs in Europe. Its one thing to suffer bad form....it's another thing entirely to care enough to do something about it. Hazard looks like he simply does not give a rats azz about his form, as long as he is getting paid. It's difficult to invest my hope in such a guy.... |
raumdeuter:I no go anywhere. I just no see any discussion wey dey interesting. Make I even start one now. Ramsey is better than Kante. Cc Ibime. By the way Dayo, I heard that you claimed that Okazaki doesn't strike for Leicester. I hope you didn't actually say that. That's the kind of rubbish that leyqute or spy360 will say... This hazard discussion just dey make me laugh. Who remembers last year when FBS said that Willian was a better thinker on the ball than Hazard? And we all laughed at him 'FBS 'must be Russian slang for prophet |
