The closest thing I've heard/read to that is the Guardian reporting that ISIS praised the killers in one of their daily podcasts.

Your definition is inadequate in this case because it fails to recognise that First Touch is a unique skill on its own.

Short pass and Long pass are both passes but they are defined separately.

First touch is a touch yes, but it's also an individual skill.
