make sure your sponsor have sufficient funds as closing balance(after the total funds set aside for your first year studies) and a stable source of funds that can show/prove more available/unrestricted funds for the subsequent year(s).

hello brothers and sisters, preparing to fill the study permit application but I have few questions to ask on the funds section.

The program is undergraduate Four years. Please if for one academic year (8 months) the tuition fee is about 13,500 CAD and the insurance, books and other required fees are 3,000 CAD and campus accommodation and feeding for two semesters are 9,000 CAD, how will I feel the spaces containing the TUITION FEES, ROOM AND BOARD, OTHERS, FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR MY STAY?

If you don't have a legal status in the US (Valid work permit, permanent resident, citizenship or study visa). You're expected to return back to your home country and apply for your Canadian study permit. Failure to do so, your application will be accessed based on your Immigration status in country of residence and your ties to US instead of your home country, which will be considered weak.

I guess you on a visiting visa which is totally a red flag except you have other legal status of either a work, resident, or study permit; then you can go ahead. Irrespective of the processing time, its more sagely to apply in Nigeria than applying in the US with a visiting visa

Paper route (if you are applying in Nigeria) = Yes, Online = No

If you are applying in United Kingdom via paper or online route, you will NOT submit your passport unless requested by CIC.

Please check conditions of the country you are based.

Hello gurus in the house,

Is this acceptable by Canada immigration? If I applied for a two weeks visit visa with hotel reservation booking and without knowing anybody in Canada at the time of application, when the visa is finally issued to me and I re-schedule my travel plan few months ahead to stay one month holiday after getting a friends contact in Canada, can I stay in the friends house with no hotel reservation anymore.

If you know the embassy where your app is been processed, send the additional documents to that email or simply attach the documents to case specific enquiry. I did that and it worked for me.

I usually don't buy after Q2 results have been released and before the release of Q3 results. But if you have to buy why not spread your risk and buy each. Ucap and the banks are in different sectors, and the banks are in different tires.
