They are incompetent. Competency doesn’t just mean having the skills to cut someone open and suture back.

This man obviously has mental health issues with a history of ingesting objects. When he complained of pain and said that he swallowed an ear plugs/head set.....this is an emergency situation and radiology/radiography dept should be his next destination before any other intervention.
An abdominal X-ray would’ve revealed the foreign object in his bladder. It was unprofessional not to have referred him to ED X-ray first and secondly when you see the fb in that area, you should know he wouldn’t have swallowed that. That’s different route. Swallowed charger wouldn’t appear in the bladder rather in the rectum or it’ll get stuck somewhere in the large bowels. The charger wouldn’t sit in his rectum like that if he swallowed it assuming we want to make excuses for the baby doctor who couldn’t tell the difference between GIT and KUB.

Bladder means one thing...he inserted the lead into his penis and urethra.

Doctors didn’t need him to tell the truth to know. X-ray would’ve showed that.

Indians have great doctors but in this case, their management messed up.
