Yellowcard UI is really simple, but I can't trade since I've not been able to verify my account.

Well sometimes it might be network or they had issues. That was how i tried to login to my yellow card account one time and couldn’t remember the password. Then I used forgot password but for a day I didn’t get the mail to reset password. That’s why I stopped using the platform. Then I sent a DM on twitter before it was rectified. They apologized for that though. Send them a DM on twitter and they should be able to solve the issue.

That number 4 is scary. If you forget your crypto key phrase that’s the end.

I haven’t used a hardware wallet before so can’t really say. But for the past few years since I started trading crypto I use hosted wallets like Binance, KuCoin and Yellow card.
