Sustainable debt is good. Just trying to tell people where the funds for transfer is coming from. We are definitely broke. Simple! |

Don’t worry, wait until October 2025 to see the latest quarterly numbers which will include all operational and transfer activities until end of September. You go see correct increase in debt. |

patrickmuf: I hope it is now clear that nitrogen and his goons are all for the failure of the manager. If you call them out they'll say you're intolerant towards those with divergent opinions but we all can see that theirs is from a place of hate.
Rashford disrespected the coach, the management and fans by going to the press to say he needs a new challenge even when he is still contracted to the club.
Garnacho ran to the press because he was benched for an important game.
They expect the manager and club to pamper such entitled players to the team's detriment. I will ask them to observe Rashford at Barcelona and Garnacho if he joins Chelsea, they won't try such nonsense...
Sancho is another example, he was out on loan but was posting all manner of cryptic messages against Manchester United, his parent club. There was a time he couldn't get a game at Chelsea, but he didn't go to press, he worked hard and got back the trust of Maresca, but if he were here, he'd start throwing tantrums and trust the likes of nitrogen to jump on his defence.
Sterling has not uttered a word of mistreatment at Chelsea, and Chilwell too. How about Grealish at City and other top players who hardly ever feature for their team, but no, we should tolerate such behaviours here because Garnacho is 21 years old. Will Fergie tolerate such? Will Pep? Will Mou?
Make season do start so that person go stop to dey read nonsense for here. Did I mention Rashford and Sancho? Are you sure you are okay? I specifically brought up Garnacho’s case because of his age and his potential, not forgetting the fact that he’s played well for us and he was not managed well. We rushed him into the starting 11 and now discarding him without giving him enough time. And yes, top managers tolerated and tried to work things out before letting good but stubborn players go. Each case took more than 6 months. |

seunpinky: There’s nothing shrewd about Man U’s business model in the last 10 years (post SAF) this idea of signing a new coach and spending 300m on the coach to get his own players every 3 years is not sustainable esp when the coaches are not winning major trophies.
Also, Man U has not made any decent player sales in the last 5 years. The highest revenue from a player sale is 23m from Elanga and 29m from James meanwhile the club has spent close to 1b on Anthony, Sancho, Mount, Onana, Rashmus, Casemiro, Lisandro, Yoro, Ugarte, Verane, Zeerke, de legt, Dorgu and more recently Mbenuo, Cunha, Sesko and maybe Baleba.
For me, Amorim is not any better than his predecessor, A good coach does not need to buy 5 players before he can perform Slot and Flick comes to mind. You can argue that slot met an established team but what of Flick, he inherited a team that the former coach (Xavi) criticised as not good enough to compete. All valid points especially regarding Amorim. Some of us have mentioned this several times. He should not need new players to show us what he can do. Based on what I have seen, no improvement should be expected. I am hoping that the recent buys are not for Amorim, in case another manager needs to take over. We can’t be buying every manager his players. Does not make any sense. |

seunpinky: TBH I hear what you are saying but I think you are failing to realize that Man U does not have the appeal/pedigree (recency bias) to attract top talent at good prices..
There’s no European competition, had a horrible season. The only way top guys will come play for Man U is if they are offered good money (clubs - Signing fee and players - salary). Established players will not come near Man U from a mile only players that are looking for a major breakthrough will join Man U.
Compared to teams such as Man City, Madrid and their recent transfers.
Man U needs to build back it’s reputation (win major trophies, compete in Europe) then quality top players will come at even better price point. I agree with you. Although our fans are making it sound like we are doing shrewd business. Not any different from Mou, LVG, and ETH eras. Infact, one could argue that we are paying more for less these days. |

Attitude to training and matches, subtle disrespect to the manager, feeling more important than other players, making provocative comments on social media etc? You can’t avoid one or two disruptive players. Whether you are finding your feet or you are doing well as a team. It’s unavoidable. |

I am all for cultural reset but how then do you go out and buy one the most problematic and lazy player in the league who has fallen out with nearly 4 different Managers. I still don't understand the Cunha signing especially for a position we were well stacked in. We could have used that funds for other relevant positions. Mbuemo, Bruno and Sesko would have been good enough. Let’s see how he will do it. He should get ready for a show. |

Leyqute: Go back to the timeline of Amorim’s relationship with Garnacho.
He was dropped alongside Rashford for the Manchester Derby. But afterwards, Amorim called him back into the team. This didn’t stop the teenager from being entitled whilst playing rubbish.
He believes he deserves to start even though his decision making is horrendous. Amorim benched him in the final and all hell let loose.
Arrogant, unwilling to learn, and ineffective. Is that the kind of time bomb that any sane manager would want to have in their squad?
How else do you want Amorim to have handled things? Allow Garnacho to walk all over him like ETH? I think a loan spell would be more appropriate, but Garnacho is agitating for a move away— to another premier league club, so that he can “show” Amorim.
It’s people like you that keep on giving immature players like that false ego. Again, young players will always show immaturity. It’s for the manager to sort things out and don’t let it get to the public. Amorim also lashed out at him publicly. What were you expecting? Forget, young players these days have plenty false egos because of ridiculous transfer fees and limited talent out there. It’s for you to find a way to manage them, there is nothing you can do about it. Part of a manager’s job description. Check Ronaldo and Fergie’s relationship at Utd. |

Has he shown that he has learned some lesson and ready to play for the manager? No one knows until we get access to last season’s training sessions etc. Amorim took over last November, no? Although we’ve had ‘good’ and even better transfer windows several times in the past, and they all ended in complaints and gnashing of teeth because fans can never be satisfied. Watch how tables will be turned very soon. Only issue I have is the fees for the players, especially Sesko and Mbeumo. But it’s okay, hoping things go well. |

eph12: Not that the players needed some sort discipline and to be put in their place? If a player needs to be disciplined, then go ahead and do so. Selling is the last resort especially for a young player like Ganarcho. We know how other managers manage situations like this. You don’t immediately sell young players because of immaturity, you try to get them on track first and if after some time it does not work you discard. Rashford and Sancho cases are understandable. |
